Moe's Southwest Grill

My wife and I recently visited Moe's Southwest Grill in Winter Haven and had an exceptional experience! The team (Mackenzie, Candace, and Sarah) provided top-notch hospitality that made us feel right at home. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.

We will definitely be back again soon. Great job, and thanks for a wonderful experience!

By far the best experience I had in quite some time! I was a bit disappointed not hearing the normal “welcome to moes”, but the costumer service from the people working there was fantastic! Especially Michael and Caitlin, the were amazing, food was a bit pricey but well worth it. Would definitely come again!

Staff extremely helpful very knowledgeable about their product and they looked like they was ready to work and provide excellent food and customer service!!! WELCOME TO MOES!

We love coming to Moe’s on Moe Monday and other days! They are always good with their portions.

Decided to stop here after a day at legoland. Staff is very friendly. The second we opened the door they yelled welcome to moes. Kids cheese quesadilla was very cheesy and kid approved. Burrito was fully stuffed and nicely rolled. It held toppings in until the last bite. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. A good place for a quick inexpensive, but quality place to eat if you are in mood for nachos or burritos. Oh the nachos are 10 star worthy. Excellent !!

It used to be our favorite place, but now, the customer service is way down, if it wasn’t for the rewards, I wouldn’t eat there, it was a time when they would run out things, they would cook it, but now? Your s.o.l, I’m getting close to letting Moe keep there rewards, and go somewhere else

We had a wonderful dining at Moe’s. Kristin helped prepare our meals and regularly checked up on us to make sure we were doing good. We truly got a restaurant experience unlike any other place.

First time trying Moe's. I heard the food was good and they did not disappoint. Food was delicious and you get to pick your choices to create your own dish. They give eanty of tortillas for more than one meal. I will definitely be back. Love this place.

Take this place with a grain of salt. The food is awesome. The staff is nice and friendly. You get as many chips as you can eat. It's within walking distance to the theme parks. BUT it is very poorly maintained and almost always dirty in the dining area. The tables are badly in need of repairs and hardly ever are level. The booth chairs slide all over the floor when you sit down in them. This store could be amazing if the owner would just renovate. Being so close to the parks you would think it would make fiscal sense to be fancy but this isn't the case yet. I'd suggest getting your amazing food and either eating outside or going home to eat.

This location is always clean, well lit, and well stocked; the location is well designed to move people in and out of the building so there's no climbing over anyone, but there's plenty of indoor seating.

The team working here is quick and efficient; they always greet you when entering and make sure they're thorough with your order. I've both ordered there and online, and have never had any mistake with my orders.

I'm a big fan of the Earmuffs bowl; if you load up on toppings, there's generally enough to split into two meals. The queso is also really good and does keep reasonably well to heat up later if you need to. Make sure to stop by on Mondays for a discount on several menu items!

Went in with the family. Got the 3 taco meal and 3 other dishes. All of them were good. The only downside was the place was dirty. Trash on the floor. Also there was no salsa for the chips. The serving table where it would be was empty. It had the 4 holes in the counter, but no sauce.

Myself and wife went for lunch today. We were vary happy as the staff was vary nice and the food was great. Is it just us or have all food places gone up in price? We are Finding that a lot of the places that we go to are higher!
I guess they all have to pay the help more money per hour and it got passed onto the consumer...

Always amazing! The Moe Monday is a spectacular deal. The Rewards app is one of the best and offers customers the most in terms of free entrees and special deals or promotions. The restaurant is well-maintained, the staff is like family, and of course the food is delicious! (You have to try the queso by the way.)

Michael was great. He and the rest of the team were courteous and made us feel special!

The only reason I am giving this Moes 5 stars is because of the gentleman that was at the beginning of the line tonight. He seemed flustered and busy but he still helped us and made our experience enjoyable. There was another employee by the cash register that didn’t seem to be moving very fast and definitely not helping her busy co worker. Then a “supervisor” came behind the employee and barked orders and demands, also not helping, just making the employee more flustered. There were 4 people in line behind us and no one on the line helping him. As we went to pay, the same “supervisor” grabbed my burrito, without any gloves on, to see what I had ordered. Upon leaving I saw this same supervisor wiping his sweat with a rag. As a fellow food industry member, I find it disgusting to touch any customers food (especially in front of them) without gloves. I wanted to applaud the employee that did a fantastic job and worked through the situation. I didn’t see a name tag on him but he was a taller male with a green shirt on. Shout out to him!!
