Granny NANNIES Senior home care

Great experience from the beginning! Our care coordinator, Elise is so kind, professional, caring and attentive. She made us feel comfortable from the begging! Our Nanny has far exceeded our expectations with the care she provides my father-in-law. Highly recommended!

My mother had an unexpected and sudden decrease in her health that resulted in difficulty with her ability to take care of her daily activities. We had concern for her falling and just general ability to care for herself. We live out of state and needed support until we were able to come into town. They were able to provide some excellent care givers on short notice that kept her safe and cared for until we were able to get there. I can't say thank you enough, and while we hope as her health improves companion care will not be necessary, but if it is Granny Nannies will be part of our plan.

My mom was in a nursing home due to some complications and Granny Nannies was our way of getting her out of there and back into her home. Jess in the office was very helpful with dealing with me who was extremely stressed and feeling pushed up against the wall to find my mom a better solution than the nursing home she was in. My moms first Granny Nanny showed up this morning, Cheri and she made my mom feel 100 times better. She truly took better care for my mom in the first two hours than the nursing home had in 3 weeks. It may be the littlest thing but my mom was just so thankful she even got her hair washed. I can't thank Cheri and Jess enough at this moment. We still have a hill to climb but I feel we are finally on the road to getting my mom in a better place.

I have been using Granny Nannies for the past year for respite as a caregiver to my Uncle. I have had a very good experience with Granny Nannies. The caregivers are excellent and Jazz in the office is always able to fulfill my needs as a client.

We used Granny Nannies in the past a few times and had good experiences. We are starting back with them with more consistant hours. Jaz in the office is very pleasant and easy to work with. Jaz went out of her way to find a caregiver to help us out with short notice. We look forward to working with this company again. Vickie Hamm
