Georgia, the manager, helped me today when I really needed it. Not only did she make sure that I got back on the road safely, but it was very obvious that she cared about my well-being because I was super stressed. In todays world, it is comforting to know that there are still kind people out there who care about others. Interstate All Batteries, by far, have the best deal on batteries. I highly recommend them.

These folks are awesome to deal with. Now if I could just get them to sponsor my race car. 🏁

Go to this place. They care. I was walking out the door because O'Reilly's had the same battery for 20 bucks less. Less of a warranty but same battery. Office manager stopped me we verified it was the same battery O'Reilly's had and he matched the price and I got 6 months longer on the warranty. They have my business info ever need batteries again. Thanks guys. You care about the customer and your what you do.

We needed new batteries for our semi truck because they were literally steaming hot. Mark gave us excellent customer service from the time we called in until the time we left the store. He helped us out with a warranty on one and gave us another battery at a good price. Thanks!

We stopped to see if they had the battery for my disabled daughters scooter. They immediately found what we needed and changed the batteries out for us. They were so nice and I would recommend them to everyone!!

I needed two batteries for my mobility scooter and interstate battery had them. They are very helpful and friendly people. The young man who worked in there, carry the batteries too much work for me as I’m disabled. I highly recommend interstate batteries

The guys and gals here were great! I needed new coach batteries for my small RV and they were helpful in helping me chose the best option for my needs, not just the highest priced item. They installed them on the spot (for a nominal fee) and even looked at a small, unrelated issue I was having and would've fixed that too if they had been able. Definitely recommend !!

We have purchased Interstate AGM batteries for our two vehicles and our bass boat which requires four batteries itself. They have had the group sizes we need. Professional and experienced staff. Transaction handled quickly. Used a memory saver when battery was installed. Never had a problem. You might be able to find a cheaper battery out there, but you won’t be able to find a better battery than Interstate. I highly recommend this great small business!

A very positive and awesome experience! A very professional young lady came out and got my battery out of my van. Not my actual vehicle battery but was and in the side door sitting on the floor! Took the battery and tested it and told me it had a dead cell! Figured the prorate presented me with a price and I said yes let’s go with it! So she started ringing it up about that time a very professional young man asked me where would like the battery to be placed sir. And I told him in the side door! Paid the prorate price and was out the door! Total time there from beginning to the end approximately 10 minutes! A very professional efficient operation highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great products at a great price and the service is top notch. Took the new batteries the the car for me and retrieved the old ones. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted and pay the bill. 👍👍

I own a pressure washing company and have used interstate batteries to power my truck,pressure washing machine and my softwash machine. These are the most reliable batteries on the market. Long life as well. I highly recommend using these batteries in any and all machines. Plus the owners are a local family.

Highly competent salesman who explained all the battery options available to me. In addition I forgot to bring my old batteries with me but he credited me towards my new purchase anyway. I brought the old batteries back and left them on the pallet on January 1st. It was the least I could do, albeit they were closed

First time customer at this store. Everyone was nice, helpful but not pushy. Had to replace batteries and rewire electric scooter. Price was reasonable and repair time less than an hour. Thank you Marc.

Claire went out of her way, was friendly, kept me well informed, and made the whole warranty exchange process pretty much as painless as it could be. It's great to find a business and employee's who still value customer service. This is my first experience with Interstate All Battery Center in Lakeland, FL. I'll continue to do business with them and encourage friends and family to do the same.

Always prompt and friendly service with a battery test including a load test to determine how quickly it discharges, then installation within minutes. No BS here! Good warranty they stand behind fully. I was in and out in under 30 minutes today!

Very helpful. Gave me all my options. Helped me sort out a difficult fit and cabling problem on a motorcycle. I am happy with their knowledge and service.

Was my first time in this store, and the I see first in a store, is the customer service, and here was Awesome, I explain my problem, and them send me to the Docks areas, and CHARLS work with my car the way awesome and with LOT KNOWLEDGE.

You wouldn't expect great customer service from a battery place but Intestate Batteries in Lakeland is the exception. I was in and out in under 10 minutes the technician was amazing and very friendly. The front service staff where absolutely amazing. I was a big fan of Walmart but they lost me on the service. Interstate thank you for making battery buying as painless as possible.
