Loved it.. you can check in ahead of time so you don't have to wait when you get there. We visited the one in Chattanooga on Sunday the 21st. Sundays are extremely busy so that is a great option you have. Our food was hot and was delivered quickly. Logan was our waitress she was very attentive and had a great personality. This could be our new weekend go to. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I order the Steak Kabobs and accompany them with both sweet and baked potatoes. Today I tried out the All American Burger. It was delicious and the steak fries are very tasty. Highly recommend.

Little bit of waiting time, but as for lunch time in States I assume it was super fast. Food - delicious, enormous portions and arrived fast at my table. Kelner was also super polite and helpful.

Emily was a fantastic server! Very fun and professional with great recommendations. I enjoyed the prime rib while my wife dug into her filet and chicken critters. Yum!

Awesome service. Great food. Had to have it heated up. Great after that.

The staff if the only reason we eat here as a family. They’re the only people around that have a relaxed environment that’s centrally located for everyone, but the STAFF is so nice and helpful. We come in hangry, and stressed out, but we always leave happy from the interaction with a staff member there. Thank you to the waitress who helped us on our last meal — one of us had a diabetic issue and we had to leave quickly. She was training to be a nurse and was so amazing. Even the visit prior, our waitress remembered us and remembered we loved regular butter with our rolls. We hate the labyrinth feel of the restaurant, but given the number of patrons, I could see how it could make sense to minimize chaos and seating sections.

Always Get on the list ahead of time! We got there and were seated in less than 5 mins! Food was good , it did take a while but the ROLLS, fried pickles and salad were great starters. My rib eye was cooked perfectly! Like the new location!

My wife and I decided to try this relatively new T.R. We have been to several before so we aren't unfamiliar with the experience. Because of anticipating an arrival during their busy evening dinner timeframe, I joined their wait list on their website, which holds your place for approximately 30 minutes in line while you are enroute. We arrived and followed the prompts and were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival while the waiting area was quite crowded! Reagan was our server and she promptly took our drink order (after checking our ID). The drinks came quickly, we ordered dinner and basically everything was like clockwork! My 17 oz prime rib was perfect and my wife's smothered chicken was great! Thank you Reagan and staff! I love the self-pay kiosk at each table because you don't have to wait on the check! The only issue we had was that the parking lot was full and we parked across the street. Certainly not a big deal!

Everything was great except for the wait. They had plenty of empty tables but not enough servers. The servers who were there were great and doing a great job trying to keep up with the demand. It wasn't their fault others didn't show up for work.

We called and got on the waiting list knowing we had about a 45 minute drive. We were exiting off hwy 75 about a minute away when we got the call! Perfect Timing 😁 There were so many people waiting and the wait at that time was now over an hour. We got such great service 😊 he was happy, positive and joked around with my husband and me the entire time. Cannot remember his name but he had red hair and he was a young kid. Our food came out perfectly, I had an 8 oz filet med with baked potato and my husband had prime rib which he loved! Food took about 20/25 minutes however they were packed. We will go back but try and choose a different time it was a little noisy but it was a Saturday night around 6pm so I totally understand the crowds!

Food was absolutely wonderful, though my husbands steak was just a tad over cooked. The best part of our visit was our waitress Maria ! She was super sweet, checked on us plenty and made sure our drinks stayed full! Definitely will be coming back and asking to be in her section!!!

Picked up a steak salad for me and my girlfriend. It was ready in a timely manner. Was big enough for both of us - and - was delicious!! We'll be back soon.

Got to see a crackhead couple get thrown out by the establishment after they argued with the management over ribs. 10/10 great show will be back for more. Servers were awesome. So were the ribs.

Went to lunch with a friend, food was AWESOME! Steak was top tier (and I have braces😊), sides where just as ordered, would DEFINITELY recommend 10 out of 10, will visit again. Staff was very attentive as well.

Extremely enjoyable steak and shrimp. The side orders are plentiful. Good service, although we'd have preferred our drinks topped up more frequently. The three dessert options are very calorific, so I couldn't justify these on top of the meal. There's a smoking hut outside, if lung cancer is your thing and plenty of booth seating to escape the world.

We recently visited Texas Roadhouse for my sons birthday and we had an amazing time. This review is to give a special thanks to Chloe for making our evening amazing. She provided top tier, genuine service and my son soo appreciated her. Please reward her if at all possible, we did our part on the tip!

Fabulous spot and experience! We are visiting from Canada, and we’re excited to try this restaurant, and didn’t know what to expect.

Triston was our server, and far exceeded our expectations. When we think of southern hospitality in the North, Triston was it! Very courteous and kind, and we even had one of the Managers check in on our meal, which was nice.

Food was delicious. Portion and value for the price is much larger then we are used to. Our 7 year old son loved it as well. Highly recommend to anyone visiting. Those that are local have a gem of a place here, in my opinion. Service far exceeded anything we are used to back home.

Date night!!! Steak was cooked to perfection medium that is. Im a ribeye girl. My strawberry margarita with a shot added was on point. Good food good service is all I ask for as a customer. Well done Texas Roadhouse well done!!

It was excellent from start to finish. We had to wait 40 minutes, but that was to be expected as the reservation said as much. Got seated and our waiter was excellent, he was very curteous, and made sure we had what we needed. I would absolutely go back just for the rolls. The appetizers and entrees were exquisite!!

Food was cooked perfectly and our waitress was exceptional. Ribs fell off the bone and my steak was a perfect rare. Seasoning was on point. A good steak doesn't require steak sauce and steak sauce was definitely NOT needed. Rolls were hot and fresh.
