There's very few personable people out there that can effectively explain what they do and how they do it to the average person, Will has excellent technical communication skills as well. Will was able to solve my issue within 5 minutes or less! I was having trouble opening documents in Adobe to a blank page. With a few clicks and corrections, I was able to view and print all my documents off. Will saved me so much time and was very thorough in his 'fix' so it doesn't happen again.
