Butter Chicken Indian Kitchen

Incredible food. Probably the best food you can get in Gig Harbor. We were skeptical to try this place, but so glad we did. We ended up getting mango chicken and butter chicken and both were phenomenal. Garlic naan is a must. You will have left overs to take home and enjoy the next day!

Ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Vindaloo for takeout. Both were tasty, curry flavor and spice were good, and the chicken was moist. I ordered medium spice and it has a little kick, but I'll order it spicer next time. Samosa was tasty and fresh and dumplings were just okay. Overall, I was pretty satisfied and will be back again. It's not blow your socks off good, but it was a really nice option for it little town! Recommend you go 👍

We should’ve taken pictures of the very beginning of our meal. So much food and such great taste. It is by far the best Indian food we have had to eat. This place is clean and humbly decorated. The customer. Service was just fabulous.

Absolutely delicious dinner! We had the chicken tandoori and vindaloo with rice and garlic naan bread. Every bite was perfection. We also tried their mango lassi and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Plenty of parking and the staff is wonderful. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to come again soon.

The experience was lovely. Everything we had was delicious and the portions were fitting for the price. I definitely recommend anyone who like Indian cuisine to check this restaurant out!

Best Indian food I’ve ever had! My husband and I got the chicken tandoori and the mango chicken curry and they were both amazing. Service was excellent as well!

I love Indian food and this place did not disappoint. The food was excellent. Service was fast. The wait staff was attentive, but not overbearing. We will definitely be back.

The staff is welcoming and nice. The food and service is excellent! The chicken soup with curry broth is delicious. There is a lot of meat which is exactly what I was looking for—no gristle, skin, fat, or bone-in. A lamb dish, chicken tikka, garlic naan, samosas, mango lassi, and samosas with channa were also ordered. Every plate was delicious and we all ended up boxing food to take with us. :)

Caveat: The dining room is small but we were seated with no wait time. During peak hours, there could be a wait. However, I would definitely wait for this food!

Stopped here on our way back home from Auburn, and the food was absolutely amazing….. I actually can’t even put in words LOL. The employees were soo kind and even gave us a strawberry lassi on the house 🥹 I cannot wait to be back!!! (for a reference of their portion sizes…. my boyfriend and I SPLIT the tikka masala, naan, and somosa, and to say we’re satisfied is an understatement)

It’s nice to have some tasty and authentic Indian food in Gig Harbor again! We got the food to go for Fathers Day. Very tasty. We have the Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Mix Veg Curry, papadams and yummy garlic Naan bread. Definitely will be back!

So excited to have a proper Indian restaurant here in Gig Harbor. We ordered samosas for a starter, chicken tikka masala (spice level 4 out of 5) and garlic naan. Everything was amazing. Delicious. Everything was spiced perfectly. Definitely recommend and will come back!

I saw this newly established restaurant and went in to look at the menu. The owner and staff were friendly and the menu looked amazing. I invited some friends to join us that night. My husband and I loved this restaurant so much that we are excited to go again another evening. I highly recommend.

2nd experience at this restaurant, and I found my experience to be five-star again! We plan to come again.

I was too excited and hungry that I forgot to take a photo, but you’re going to be so happily surprised about the dishes! We tried the butter garlic chicken, butter chicken and tikka masala, oh lord, I’m smiling ear to ear. I already can’t wait to come back. Also, don’t forget to try the garlic naan and veggie momo’s! Karan was also exceptionally sweet! All the staff is amazing. 10/10!

Phenomenal. I got the butter chicken and my mom got the vegetable curry. She has multiple allergies and accommodating her dietary needs was easy and delicious. The naan the dishes the rice the beverages the atmosphere and service were incredible, I dont have one negative thing to say.

Great little spot! The garlic chicken with veggies and rice was spicy and delicious. The restaurant itself had more space than it looks on the outside. Servers were friendly and helpful. Glad this place has opened in Gig Harbor!

It's a small restaurant (cafe size) with a big flavor! Excellent curries! Service was above and beyond - guided us to dishes that we weren't familiar with, spice level (we're wimps 😁). Of course, try the butter (chicken) curry and tandoori!

Free parking in small lot. Probably best for small groups only. Prices in line with really good Indian cuisine (moderately priced, $20 - $30/main entree)
