I filed an initial income tax, for some odd reason this state elects to purposely select paper check refunds, when someone files for the 1st time with this state. Now why in the world they would do that, Idk. Secondly, the address the state income tax was mailed out to, did not include the apt # in the address, so the check was never received. Thirdly, you have to wait 30 days before you can even request a stop payment on an option you did not select in the 1st place. Fourthly, you still have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to process your stop payment letter and lastly, it's May and still I haven't received my state income tax refund. At this point, it's just another scheme implanted for people not to receive their money owed to them.

Every time I call the people I speak to don't know what they're doing. Lots of long pauses and holds. I can't make payments on the website, they hey declined for some reason, and no one knows how to take a payment
