Wonderful! I have a gluten sensitivity, so the bread that you see pictured is actually gluten-free bread! I ordered the Outrageous BLT with a side of Apple Baked Beans. Great flavor, very relaxed atmosphere, and beautiful views!

I stumbled upon this gem a year ago and was absolutely impressed. This year, my family made sure we rolled into town in time to order from the breakfast menu again. The custard pancakes with custard on top and the cranberry french toast are the way to go. Unbeatable! The service is excellent and the view looking out over the river is even better. I would not think twice about spending some dollars here.

My boyfriend and I found this place on route back home from a weekend in Devil's Lake. We chose it because of their great reviews. (Which were an understatement!!) There's a reason why there was a line out the door! It's a beautiful place. We sat outside and enjoyed our meal with a nice river view. Very friendly and quick service. Definitely coming back to try their pancakes! Your only problem will be deciding what to chose from their menu board! So many great choices! I wanted to try them all!

A wonderful restaurant in a quaint town! We had a great breakfast here while dining on the outside patio. It was lovely. The atmosphere was nice and the breakfast sandwich was one of the best I have even had. I have to imagine everything else here is wonderful as well as it seemed as if everything was locally grown or sourced and it seemed like they had a very experienced kitchen staff.

Great girlfriend lunch! The Grilled Tuna Tapenade with baked beans as a side were fabulous!

Just plain delicious. Great coffee, tasty breakfast (all day!) and dinner options, wonderful pies. We live in Portage but make a point of eating here when it fits our schedule. Staff and cooks never let us down. Give it a try if you want homemade quality good

This place was recommended to us. I am so glad we stopped. Food was delicious, soups were nice and hot. Most places have soups that are not enough for us. We also split a wrap. The woman who took our order heard us talking about splitting and had it cut and placed on two plates. She also, put our side dish in two small bowl. We got the apple baked beans. They also were hot and delicious.

Headed up here for breakfast and was not disappointed. They serve the best pancakes I've ever eaten (made with Culver's custard). The side of bacon was no cheap cut and was thick and tasty. Service was fast. One thing to keep in mind if you are going for pancakes is that they stop making pancakes at 11am (we didnt know, but thankfully got there at 10:55am!). Will be going back for sure!

Got here at 805am. Got seated and my food by 811am. Amazing service, all the employees are happy and sweet and engaged with the customers. Food came out exactly as I asked and for $14 I got huge high quality eggs bacon sourdough toast enough to share with my son, a warm chocolate muffin, coffee and hot cocoa. Highly recommend!

Easy location, outside seating is beautiful and the food is excellent. I really wish other locations would pop up like Culver's. The Middleton restaurant was really good though the location was not a smart spot. Fingers crossed I see more location's soon🙂

We arrived in the late evening before closing and were the only customers. We were able to get the special which was very delicious. I ordered dessert and it was equally good. The waitress was veryhelpful and attentive. The parking was plenty in front of the restaurant. I would definitely eat here again.

Have been here several times. All of their food is amazing! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have an amazing outdoor patio overlooking the river. And did I mention the food is AMAZING!

Nice little restaurant along side the river with beautiful views. It seems like half of the restaurant is set up for dining and the other half has the feel of a coffee shop. The restaurant is owned by culvers so the ice cream/custard is great. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was quite filling. They have outdoor seating but it was currently unavailable due to eagles being in the area and the owners dont want them disturbed.

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner! They have several general, yet unique menu items that add flavorful combinations to a regular burger, sandwich, etc. Owned by Culver's and definitely lives up to expectations. (I recommend the Peanut Butter-Caramelized Onion-Pickle Burger!)

This place has amazing food and gelato. I highly recommend the chilli and my aunt loved the lobster bisque! Definitely worth paying a little extra. I highly recommend going when it's warm to sit outside. Despite the appearance when you walk in there is more room walk up the stairs and there is an amazing seating area with booths and a nice side room on the first floor covered with Windows. But if you go up maybe tell the servers so they can find you.

Had breakfast and dinner here since we were in town for my niece's dance competition. Both were wonderful! Nice atmosphere, pretty view of the river. Will definitely be back if we're in the area again!

I've never had a bad meal here. My all time favorite is the Outrageous BLT!!! I'm telling you, I could eat that every day. Thick cut bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato, along with guacamole to bring out the most delicious sandwich. Friendly, helpful staff. They have GLUTEN FREE BREAD for the WIN!!!

Best sandwiches in Sauk County! Decent wine and beer selection, gelato, awesome chili, great soups. The outdoor patio dining is well shaded, and has a terrific view of the WI river. Their baked fish is outstanding.

This is my favorite place to go. Food is always excellent, coffee is delicious, staff is great, wonderful atmosphere, insanely beautiful view on the 3 tier patio, and it's always very clean. Have gone dozens of times would recommend to everyone.
