The gym was clean and wasn't overly crowded. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. There wasn't one time during interaction did they appear to seem bothered by anyone coming to ask questions or anything. And my favorite part of the workout was that HYDROMASSAGE CHAIR that you have access to with the Black Card Membership. You may or may not feel it is worth it, but for me after not being in the gym for a long, long, long time it helped. When I got home there was no soreness or discomfort from the leg day I subjected myself to.

It’s great having so many planet fitness clubs nearby there’s no excuse for not taking care of yourself because you love you don’t you now.😎Sandy and Matty and really all the people working at this particular club go above and beyond to make me feel like I truly do belong to something special at this special place I call home club.

The gym is clean and well maintained, and the staff is super responsive to questions and concerns.
Every other gym I visited in the area treated me like a sales target, (ie, didn’t listen to my needs, endless pitches about products and services I stated I didn’t want, eyeing me like I had disappointed them somehow) but the P.F. staff here seemed genuinely glad I had walked in the door.
It’s been a couple decades since I had a gym membership, and P.F. made it so easy to walk in and start up again.
My only complaint would be regarding the folks who use the gym as an internet cafe/cellphone parking lot and take up time on the equipment while checking email or reading Google reviews (So if you’re reading this review while you’re sitting on the leg press machine, I’m prob hanging around waiting for you to be done.).

Very friendly staff, clean gym, plenty of weights and machines for everyone, Black Card Membership is a steal, and FREE TRAINING with your membership. Unheard of. If you’re not taking advantage of that, you’re missing out.

This is a very nice gymn. And the staff is very fun and positive to work with. They make coming to this gym something to look forward to. You'll love the googley eyes they have placed over the check in desk. There are small easy to access lockers but they do not have phone charger ports in them. The black card membership RELAXATION room is different. You need to ccheck in with your card on a computer scheduler, then get confirmation from an employee then go to your machine. There is a LONG delay time so get to your assigned machine and settle infor a wait. Right when you think it is not going to work, it turns on. I do llike how you can have control of the lighting.

I thought it was great that the tredmills had plastic barriorsbetween each machine. The bathrooms were clean although the showers were smaller than what I was used to. I did like that they had 2 sizes of dressing rooms there too.

I would highly reccoment stopping by this gym if you are in the area. I also enjoyed having a protein dring from the fridge when I left. They just had to scan my member ship card to charged it to my account.

What was weird was there there were no VETERAN'S reserved parking at this location. But there was handicap parking right agains the building. the there were many "No Motorcycles" signs posted around the front of the gym.

Being located at the very end of the shopping plaza the planet fitness parking lot felt reserved specially just for us gym people. It was peaceful. Desert wild life could be seen and there is a beautful view of the mountains around the side. I really like this gym.

This is the best Planet Fitness I’ve been to and it’s all because of how great the staff is. Every one of their staff members are so nice and seem like they genuinely enjoy being there.

Get in, do your workout, and get out.
Love the options all over the city. If im near one and I'm fighting traffic, I'll stop in and get my sets, then drive home doing 90 instead of 15...jajaja

Come here typically on Mondays to get a workout before I head on the road. I’m a truck driver and planet fitness never gives me problems parking here.

Wonderful staff to greet you, very clean, perfect temperature and nice mats!! Mats aren’t tattered like at some other gyms. 😎🤩

Love this gym but 2 things that I’m not too happy about, is the new machine set up is not the best and they don’t have a punching bag or even boxing area.

Great gym. Nice hot showers, give it time to heat up. Music in the parking lot is good.

Great staff and clean place. My favorite part is the red light therapy room when you are in the VIP black card. Plus the hydro massages and tan booth.

Amanda is one of the friendliest staff members in the Goodyear, AZ location. Always has a friendly smile and talks to everyone in a welcoming tone and smile.

Love the open space, many machines to use and friendly and helpful staff.

I like this club, no matter what time of the day I can always get on the equipment. They also provide a variety of services to help the new member get comfortable with the atmosphere.

Great place to work out. Never crowded and always able to get on machine or grab the weights I want. Always clean. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Planet Fitness is a wonderful place to work out with no pressure and "No Judgment. " I really enjoy going there for my fitness needs. The staff is friendly and professional also.

I love this gym. The staff is friendly and inviting. I’m a commercial truck driver so I use this to work out and for the showers which are always clean unless someone left their garbage in it right before me. However, there’s a woman who is always sitting in the locker room playing on her phone and waves me down for my attention. When I say always, I mean there hasn’t been one time in the several months I’ve been coming here that she hasn’t been present in the same spot charging her phone and playing on it. Different times of the day, different days of the week.
She isn’t a bother but just kind of in the way some times when the locker room is busy.

I really have loved my experiences at this gym, it’s always clean and inviting. The sanitizer bottles, hand sanitizers, and paper towels are always full. I love the hydro lounge chair, it’s my favorite! I usually go in the mornings and enjoy seeing the people at the front desk, they’re all so friendly. I do recommend this gym to all of my friends, it’s different because it’s more laid back and just a chill place to work out. Keep up the good work!

I'm starting to get more fit for 2023. This place is really nice, very clean, plenty of machines of all kinds and very friendly staff.
Will be here often this year...cancer isnt going to get me down.

Prices for joining are not bad either.... i went with the gold membership.

I love the atmosphere of regular people just doing their thing. The locker room is amazing; the water refill station is so helpful; the machinery is clean and easy to use. The staff are super helpful without an ounce of pressure and they say hello and goodbye which makes it feel like you just went to a friend's house. I love it!
