I have been utilizing Dr Traci Gibbs for my mother who has a very complex degenerative brain disorder. Dr. Gibbs has been so kind and caring. One of the best diagnosticians I have ever met. She has been a source of support as well as information and medications that have made a huge difference. I am so happy we found her and been under her care for over a year now. If you’re on the fence about seeing a psychiatrist, don’t wait any longer. It can change your life. I couldn’t ask for a better psychiatrist than Dr. Gibbs.

I absolutely love my psychiatrist, Tracy Gibbs! She goes above and beyond for my son and I. She has truly given me the best advice and outlook on life. I was treated horribly by Dr. Dudley at Psychology Associates, and I was so broken, but Ms. Gibbs accepted me right away with the warmest, caring, non judgmental personality. My son loves Ms. Gibbs, so much so, he wants to see her even when he does not have an appointment because he is so comfortable with her. She is wonderful in so many ways. I hope she never leaves, because she is the best!! We love us some Tracy Gibbs.

Comprehensive Care takes really good care of me there. Katrina Landrum is the therapist I see there and she is the best!

This is very sad and degrading practice I had the worse experience and I am quite disappointed being that this was supposed to be a very encouraging experience . The doctor along with the attendants are very disregarding and have no qualities in being professional. The service that was needed was left unmet with horrible communication and a very disregarding resolution I will recommend everyone do there research before having their children register with receiving services . The attitude is so unprofessional . If the doctor cannot make the appointments she will not give a courtesy call nor will the office you will be out of an appointment and they will not apologize or show any kind of concern to reschedule so please save yourself the stress

This is going to be a long review as I have dealt with Dr. Traci Gibbs for months, but less than a year.

Sept 2023, I found this clinic on Psychology Today. I was looking for someone to test me for ADHD because I’m on a self-discovering journey. This office is in Meridian, but I lived in Jackson so telehealth was preferred.

I was told that I could take an online assessment for $386 and that once the fee was paid, I would get a link. Paid 10/26/23. Didn’t get the link until 10/30.

I took the test and was informed Traci Gibbs would call about the results in 2 weeks. She did not. Each time I called about the results, the receptionist (at the time it was Meeka), would say “We switched to a new company” or “We’re working with IT. The site is having tech issues” or “Dr. Gibbs is with a patient right now, she’ll call when she’s finished.”

It wasn’t until I emailed Dr. Rosie Rogers in DECEMBER 2023 demanding a refund of $411.75 or my results be given immediately. Of course, Traci Gibbs calls this time.

After beginning my prescription, Traci Gibbs says we’ll need to meet every 2 months for check-in. During these check-ins, she never called on time AND when she did call, she spent more time talking about herself & her daughter.

Finally, June 30, 2024 was my next appointment. No call. I called twice in July asking if my prescriptions could continue. The receptionist, Angelica, lets me know that Traci Gibbs has to meet with me before prescribing medications. So we set the appointment for 7/24/2024 at 9:30 am. SHE DID NOT CALL.

Angelica calls at 10:07 am asking if I’m ready to pay my copay. I let her know that I’ll pay after she calls (which has been acceptable in the past).
10:37 am Angelica calls back & says “Dr Gibbs says you’ll need to pay 1st & then she’ll call. She’s with a patient.” I asked her to cancel the appointment & expressed my frustration with Traci’s commitment issues.

It’s not my problem that you can’t call me because you’re with a patient. How about you DONT schedule 2 of us at the same time.

Take your money elsewhere. Unprofessional waste of space.

Doctor barely bothers to call for telehealth appointments if at all. she was 3 hours late for my first one, and hasn’t called at all for my second appointment. i’m out of medication but i guess too bad if she’s busy! don’t schedule appointments you don’t care about and don’t have time for, people’s mental health is literally in your hands.

Doctor was 3 hours late for appointment that I waited weeks for, and when she finally did show she rushed me to complete the appointment, before treating me like I just was seeking drugs. She couldn’t even get her lie straight, making excuses for being so late by blaming in on “Mondays”. That lie might’ve worked, except It was TUESDAY. I don’t need a lying, condescending doctor who can’t even show up for appointments.

Not military friendly. Insurance verification with front staff was horrendous. It should not be my job to find information that they are responsible for.
