AT&T Store

Steven went above and beyond to help me. He took time out to help me instead of sending me to the corporate store. I'm glad he didn't because I was there because the corporate store didn't help me so I went to this store since it was nearby. Turns out the corporate store could have helped and chose not to. Glad good employees like Steven still exist. Thanks Steven!

Steven was exceptional when I went in. He went through our entire business account to clear some things up and then set up a new device for us. Very kind, helpful, and professional! Highly recommended. It's in the Hong Kong Mall if you're not familiar.

Tommy gave me some of the best customer service I ever received. I needed to get my iPhone 11 fixed and another agent told me it was going to be $250 to replace but Tommy was able to use my insurance to get out fixed for just $30! He was extremely knowledgeable about the services he provided for me and had exceptional character. I don’t want my phone to break again but if it does I know what rep I want to talk to so we can discuss how to get it fixed. Tommy, you rock!

My phone inexplicably died on me yesterday, and I needed a new one ASAP since I use it for work as well as personal. Tommy (manager) was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I arrived at a very busy time and he was the only person working at the time, he helped everyone with a smile and very efficiently. Also, when I told him what I needed/wanted, he didn't push me to do something else instead, which I very much appreciate. I am one of those people who has already done my research and knows exactly what I want when I arrive. I do not like it when someone tries to push me otherwise just to make a better sale. Tommy is definitely concerned with servicing the customer first and not trying to make a sale. I will continue to visit this location when I need to go into the store.

My iPhone 11 was disabled. So I took it to at&t and Tommy provided great customer service and had my phone up and running immediately. Thank you for making my holidays stress free.

I couldn’t find the store at first, but once I did Tiffany was such a great help! She was able to help me understand my bill & then help me get a tablet for my children & a new iPhone 11 for me to use while we went on vacation! Took amazing pictures all thanks to Tiffany! Thank you !!!

Just got a brand new iPhone X recently and I was able to see more value of the iPhone when Tommy explained to me all the features That I didn’t know about before. I was skeptical about spending $1k on this device but I decided to do it since Tommy was very good about explaining the special feature to me. I recommend Tommy to all my friends and family after my pleasant experience. The reviews online really do represent Tommy and this store very well.

Great service, friendly, diligent, and quick. I was weary because the location is just inside Hong Kong Supermarket, but I needed to activate service after we transferred our phone service for new phone lines on a Sunday evening. Tommy helped us out quickly activating our phones and helping us out.

I came in to ask Tommy for helping with my device. I have trouble with the apple ID and email. I waited for Tommy even though he was super busy. He first thank me for waiting and he help me with kindness without me buying anything. This guy is exceptional. I will come back to see him for ATT.

Had issues with my old carrier. Decided to try at&t prepaid. Tiffany went above and beyond with helping me. She was very friendly, easy-going and professional! I would highly reccomend her with any problems they are having!!!

I called this store about a promotion that was going on. Tommy (the Manager) confirmed that the promotion was still going on, and invited me to come in, even if I couldn't get there until close to closing time. When I arrived, he remembered my name from our brief phone interaction, which I found to be extremely impressive.

Tommy took me through the whole process of upgrading, what the promotion details were, and gave me a detailed breakdown of what my bill would be after the upgrade. Tommy made the process as quick and painless as possible, and it was a downright awesome experience. If you want great service, GO TO THIS LOCATION! You definitely won't regret it.
