This place is always great! Good selection and reasonable prices. Bobby was very nice and professional and didn’t pressure us at all. We found the perfect couch for our basement. They don’t deliver but help you work with a third party company if needed. The guys at the loading dock are good sports, even with having to try to squeeze furniture into tiny vehicles in 90 degree heat! Highly recommend.

Great for finding good furniture for a fraction of the price. Just know that most of the larger pieces (beds,dining tables, dressers) might have some damage to them. Whether it’s a scratch or rip. All in all it’s nothing that can’t be fixed.

I am NOT a person that enjoys furniture shopping! That stated, I love this store and have been occasionally shopping their furniture since 2013!

They offer new and used furniture at very reasonable prices and if you take your time, you can almost always find what you're looking for at a decent price!

The sales floor is always well-kept and a pleasure to walk - It is large though, take your time and be courteous, these are nice people.

From the moment we entered Frank was a great help to us and he wasn’t overbearing and was more than willing to help us in any way we needed. Here is a quick anecdote of why I loved my experience at Rooms to Go Outlet today. We started at a higher end (priced, anyhow) store and actually purchased. Then we went to a furniture outlet specializing in meatballs (Swedish, that is) among other items. Sorry, but cheap and overpriced.
For our needs (mid century modern and small) we went to Rooms to Go Outlet. What an amazing variety that conformed to our needs! What a reasonable set of price points! Most of all, what a brilliant sales agent: Alex. Alex briefed us on the store and then gave us room to pick our items out. Yet, he was constantly near enough to allow for any questions or explanations that we needed. He was helpful without ever being pushy, he was friendly and professional, and his demeanor allowed us the latitude to complete our shopping with more items than we originally started shopping for. He was terrific. I recommend Rooms to Go Outlet without hesitation, especially because of Alex.

James let us through the process in a very professional manner. We were looking for a sofa bed and he showed us exactly what we wanted, how it worked and suggested how to have it delivered and our old one picked up. It was all done in one day and we couldn’t have asked for better help. And Ely and his brother did a wonderful job of carefully delivering our purchase. Thank you to you all!

We just moved from Pennsylvania, went into Rooms To Go Outlet in Norcross. Alex greeted us and gave one of best most professional customer service experiences ever. He patiently waited for us to make our decisions and made sure we had everything we desired. We even got to furnish our whole down stairs after getting the best price on a dining room set. The prices in this store are unbelievable! You will leave satisfied. I will be back here for all my furniture needs. Alex also made us aware that rooms today did not offer delivery at the outlet location for as is items but will print out third party companys that will deliver for you some will the same day. Damien was my sales person. He greeted me as soon as I came in and assisted me until I found the right piece. I got approved through Acima at another rooms to go and the gentleman that works in that dept made sure I understood the program, answered all my questions and transfered my approval without a problem. The whole experience was great

I had such a pleasant experience with Theo. He helped me find the perfect couch and laughed so much with my mom. He even kept an honest opinion with me on the rug options and possible decor. Definitely go and ask for Theo when you’re looking for the perfect couch!

I came here around a few days ago shortly after moving into my new apartment and worked with Darius, He was the nicest most professional salesman I have worked with in a long time. He entertained me and the whole family all while attending to our needs and giving adequate attention. Great prices at the outlet and great deals ontop of them, I wish I knew about this place sooner. Ask for Darius when you go to visit, he is simply the best ! Only downside is the lack of delivery options but taking the prices into account, you still end up with the best deals here

Theo was our salesmen, was very kind and helpful towards me and my parents for there livingroom set search. He was not aggressive with his approach at all which we loved!! He allowed us to look around in peace and when we were ready he was not too far and easy to find. He was able to give pros and cons to different sofas and fabric. We made our purchase based solely on Theo's positive energy, attentiveness, and helpful tips. Next time we are in, we will only work with Theo. He is a great Agent! Upon arrival i was greeted by a sales associate by the name of Tyrie. He was very friendly and respectful. He assisted me in my purchase of my sectional from viewing different sections all the way through until the end packing my car with the item. He walked me through the entire process ensuring I was comfortable and truly satisfied with my selection. You don’t find good sales associates like him anymore. Associates that truly enjoy what they do and not just there for the money. Ms. Ann-Marie rang me up at the register. She was so pleasant and friendly. I had credit from previous purchase. She’s truly a gem. Thank you to both these employees. Give them a raise! It’s well deserved.

Mattress shopping is grueling, but Alex made it worthwhile. We went to several stores before we decided to make a purchase. Alex was by far the most courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant sales person we met. He also helped us with the delivery options. I literally picked the first sofa and bed frame he chose me because after he took the time to understand what I liked he could immediately use his store/product knowledge and good taste to show me something that fit my needs. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and helped me get in and out of the store in good time. I was comfortable and felt truly taken care of the entire time AND he was able to do all that while also supporting other customers he was supporting without making me feel unheard or unsupported. As many of you said, shopping for furniture is not one of my pleasures. That being said, my wife and I went to RTG Outlet in Norcross, GA. I generally don't trust a lot of salespeople, but salesman Alex was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The word "trustworthy" comes to mind. We bought a sofa/loveseat combo, both with dual electric recliners. Even though it was likely a floor model, there was zero things wrong with it. Great quality and half - HALF - the price of another set we were looking at from another furniture store. And delivery is only $149. We are Very pleased with the service and the purchase of great quality furniture at such a great price. Ask for Alex and tell him Steve sent you.
