I received excellent care for severe skin tear on my leg. The Nurse Practitioner was very caring and did a wonderful job in cleaning and treating the wound. I’m thankful that this Urgent Care was nearby and could handle this quickly and professionally.

Although it's always the luck of the draw on how long of a wait you'll have, I got lucky and only waited about 1/2 hour. During that time we were able to get all necessary paperwork completed. When called a pleasant and competent young man took my details regarding why I came in . Very shortly the NP entered and she too took a history and performed several functional tests and then explained that I had Non Positional Vertigo. She

Very well organized. Web site was easy and user friendly. Every one there was very professional and showed care and compassion. I would highly recommend this place for urgent care.

All very helpful there! Jennifer out front was wonderful! Those in the exam rm. were very helpful. I think it was Nicole then the doctor took a lot of time. Dr. suggested I follow up with PC which I will do! Thank you to everyone there!

Professional and compassionate care from everyone including front office. Saw me just before closing, assessed my situation carefully, and even reminded me that my normal pharmacy would be closed and suggested an alternative close by with extended hours. Don’t hesitate to use this practice!

I went to this urgent care for the first time yesterday and had a 10/10 experience. The online appointment made it easy to book during work. They were ready for me when I arrived, and I was in and out and picked up my prescription at CVS, all within an hour. I know which urgent care I will be going to next time!

First time at Urgent Care: It was recommended that I go online to make an appointment. They also TX you 45 minutes before your appointment as a reminder. The experience went very smoothly and there was a bit of a wait but worth it. The Assistant Nurse and PA were wonderful & really listened to what you had to say; I never felt rushed. BP, oxygen level & temperature were routinely completed. I highly recommend Urgent Care in Norwell, MA & also seek out their appointment availabilities online to save time.

Very clean and convenient place to go with a small injury and/or illness. My primary doctor is at least a 30 minute drive away so being right here in Norwell was great for me. Go early when it opens if you are a walk-in. Very nice and personable NP, nurses and staff.

Was greeted at the front desk by a friendly woman who walked me through the sign in process. It was very easy to complete the process. I was taken into the examination room by one of the most professional medical assistants I've ever dealt with. She was courteous and checked my vitals and let me know I was next to see the medical professional. She was also above and beyond my expectations.

my experience in Carewell urgent care in Norwell was amazing because all of the doctors were nice and you can tell they wanted to help you.
and it was a very clean facility. and you dont have to wait a long time. but the earlier you get there the faster you will be seen. and it is in a convenient location near lots of stores. and I would definitely come back again.

The PA we dealt with was superb. She was able to converse in Spanish with one of the patients and to put her at ease. She was super-competent, caring and knowledgeable. I couldn’t quite make out her name (Lara? Dara?) but she was great. In any event, a very positive experience.

I know now to call 911 for heart related issues but they took great care of me until paramedics arrived. I can't say enough about calming and safe they made me feel. thank-you!

I got an appointment right away and there was no wait once I arrived at the office to see a healthcare provider. They were very pleasant and efficient.

My son (who’s almost never sick!) got an earache/infection. He was seen promptly, and was prescribed medication and is now on the mend. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Grateful for the availability of this facility.

Brought my husband here. It was nice to have an option of making an appointment instead of walking in and waiting hours in a waiting room. The MD was caring and thorough. She called to remind him to pick up his prescription asap because CVS had changed their hours and was no longer open 24hrs. She also called in the morning with X-ray results. Very good care if you can't get an appointment with your PCP and you want to avoid overcrowded emergency departments! Lucky to have this service available. Thank you to the dedicated medical professionals staffing this on the weekend.

Urgent care was quick and very professional. Check in on phone put all the information in their system. Wait time to see medical professional was less than 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable.

I was running a fever and felt fatigued and went to UC Norwell. The PA tested me for covid and influenza. Both were negative. He urged me to go to the ER as whatever I had was, in his opinion, quite serious. I followed his advice, had pneumonia (no symptoms) and sepsis from the pneumonia. This was on a Sunday. Had I waited another day to see my doctor, I might not be here today writing this review. The PA saved my life.

I actually just sent a reply to some friends on Facebook who were aware of the problem I was having. As I told my friends. Carewell Urgent Care is the most caring, friendly, compassionate Health Care Facility I've ever stepped foot in. From filling out the paperwork to having my vitals taken and having the procedure done on my arm. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. I was upset when I first arrived there but because of the way I was spoken to. The way I was treated from start to finish everyone was wonderful. Very professional but in a very caring way. I would recommend them to anyone. Especially if your in a crisis, having a health issue go see these people. They care. There great at what they do. I can't thank them enough for the care they showed me yesterday. And like I mentioned at the beginning of this message. I also shared my visit with Facebook friends. I let them know my feelings toward Carewell Urgent Care. I have them 5 Stars. I'd give them 100 if I could. To everyone at Carewell Urgent care. I thank you all so very much. Class act

Professional, quick in and out, and had a prescription for an allergic reaction ready by the time I got to my pharmacy. Excellent service and would recommend.
