Walmart Pharmacy

What a great experience, the staff was super helpful with recommending where to find a piece of equipment for a breathing treatment that they did not have in stock. Morgan looked up multiple locations that had medical supplies in stock and offered her help unsolicited. Also the pharmacist went over the meds very thoroughly. 10/10!

I've been getting my scripts there for about a year with now problems. Clerks always friendly. Never a problem with my prescriptions.

This pharmacy is inside the Walmart neighborhood store

It was a nice sunny day to visit my local walmart. The employee where standoffish, and I had a feeling I wasn't wanted there. The overall store was clean and there was a great selection of snacks. My friend was harassed by and elderly man, but a cashier intervened. I would sugguest going to this walmart if it is the only option avabile.

This is at least the second time this has happened to me! First I had my wife’s diabetes meds called in by her Dr. I went to their pharmacy in the Neighborhood store and they claimed it was never called in. My wife called her doc angry, because she was about to run out and could literally die without it. It turns out it WAS called in by the doc exactly when it should have been. When I came back the next day, it somehow *magically* was now showing in their system as being on order (and to make matters worse it would still be 2 more days before they got it). I ended up having them transfer it to another location that did have it, which SHOULD have been done the first time I was there. My wife took her last dose that day, too. It was a really close call and it was 100% their fault!

Today, I called in to check the status of MY meds that I know for a fact my PCP called in earlier today, and the pharmacist claimed they had absolutely no record of any medication ordered under my name. This is not acceptable! I know it was ordered by my Dr., but they have NO record of anything! So unprofessional! I am so done with Walmart pharmacy! 😡💩

They NEVER have Oxycodone to refill onsite. You have to wait the Wednesday or Friday shipment just to get it refilled. Their delivery of medicine only comes 2 days a week. And they have to submit your order at certain times. Didn't have this problem at CVS or Walgreens.
