Starbucks

This morning I am countered. The nicest gentleman I have ever seen he was so nice he took my order. He had my order ready by whenever I got to the window people like him is that we need working and customer service. I feel so bad I did not catch his name, it just made my day made my whole entire day. I’m gonna have a great day today just cause.

I am an avid Starbucks drinker so I know when a Barista is just making up a coffee and calling it a right I know better. Every time I visited this location my drink is ALWAYS made correctly. 10/10!

I decided to give this new location a try since it’s closer to home but the drink that I usually order was not even close to what I get, all I could taste was the milk and keep in mind I ordered a Ice brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with sweet cream cold foam and 3 pumps of vanilla syrup.

Came inside to the location on Sunday at 3:30. Only two employees were working. We stood for 20 minutes before asked what we wanted because the 2 employees were only working on the drive through. More people started coming in behind us inside as well while the drive through started getting more and more full. The employees were working well and I felt bad for them not having any help on Sunday. Gabriela needs to hire more people. My issues with the employees is that they did not split up to where one can take orders inside and the other can do the drive through. But definitely managements fault. Why only 2 employees would be working on a weekend with as popular as Starbucks is, is beyond me.

I did a mobile order, both my drink and food were wrong again. I had a ham sandwich w/ cheese when I ordered a sausage sandwich w/o cheese. My drink was in the wrong cup & tasted terrible. I asked for a remake and watched them make it the same way, it obviously still tasted bad. I don't think some of the workers read the mobile orders since the past two times I've came, my orders were wrong & drinks tasted awful. I had more hope since I always order the same drink at any other Starbucks location. They ended up remaking my drink 5 times, I told them after the 2nd time that it was okay and not to worry about it. Since like I said, they were making it the same way over & over instead. They were very polite & responsive. I just wish they either had more training or a better batista to guide them.

This place is an absolutely disaster I waited 15 minutes for someone to come in finally take my order after getting looks from all the coworkers knowing I was standing there. Then they finally take my order and they were offering free hot chocolate for there new opening so I said I’ll take on then use my star points to get my actual drink for free so there she proceeded to tell me it took the stars for the hot chocolate instead of my actual drink how did you use my stars if the hot chocolate was already free and there are so many flies in here flying around the drinks it’s disgusting!
