I just had my battery tested and replaced here this morning and the service was amazing! It was fast, efficient and the employee made my experience pleasant. He even joked and laughed with me, which helped a lot because car troubles usually stress me out. I will definitely visit again with my car needs when I’m in the area!

I had a battery in my 2018 Jeep Compass that was no longer holding a charge. I worked with Jeff from their service department who was outstanding!!! Jeff helped choose the right battery and even was able to install the new battery in less than 20 minutes. Jeff was professional and pleasant to work with. It's refreshing to find service folks that are both nice AND knowledgeable. Thank you Jeff and AutoZone.

Louis was SO HELPFUL and went the extra mile to help me as much as possible. He gave me tips, tricks and even words of wisdom. Talking to him made my already crazy experience more manageable and refreshing. He made my day!!! The whole crew was willing to above and beyond to help me. Jeff and Mason were also super helpful and nice to us the whole time. Anytime I need something at Autozone I WILL be coming to this location. Good advice, great customer service .

Jeff Forsyth the manager was so kind to help me out. I was stranded with a dead battery. After getting my car jumped off, I made it to Auto Zone and Jeff kindly tested my battery. Needless to say I had to purchase a battery. Thank you sooo much Jeff.

Needed new wiper blades. Stopped by Auto Zone yesterday. I asked to have them installed and Jeff, store manager, said “I’ll take care of it.” And he did! Nice guy! Great customer service.

Everyone was helpful and professional. I needed a battery and the Manager, Jeff, gave me a great deal, installed it and was very pleasant. I plan on visiting again when I have an automotive need.

I don't generally give a parts store a five star rating but this one went above and beyond to try and help me out unfortunately they were not equipped to solve my problem but that was not their fault. They allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted to in that parking lot coming and going getting different pieces of equipment that I borrowed to try and fix the condition. I would highly recommend this part store to anyone needing help from honestly people behind the service counter.
