Both workers we have dealt with are always so polite and greet you with a smile every time. They never fuss if we miss a week and full the bin up too fast either!

Very helpful even when they have to deal with idiots trying to dump tvs into cardboard bin. Very polite for a often thankless job

Heard it's a great place but they dont like answering the phone.

I have been at Keith Springs for around 7 months. I have quit going to the dump here because of the man who works there named Ted. He has continuously harassed me since day one. Farris chapel is worth the drive in order to not only see a friendly face, but to be able to take my garbage and be done with it. Seriously need to replace the guy at Keith Springs.

Hard to get ahold of anyone, when trying to rent a 30 yard I was told I had to "call the main office." When I asked for that number I was told to "look it up." Seriously, you can't provide me with the number to YOUR company's main office?!. The company I work for will be taking our business elsewhere, where we can actually be served.

Very picky on what can we thrown in. If there are restrictions, signs need to be posted to show restrictions. People very rude.

You know, when you run a business, you need to answer the phones. I called 5 times back to back to back- within your business hours.

Very rude every time I go in there. Witnessed many of people throw boxes in the compactor and when I threw 1 box (full of stuff have you) he threw an absolute fit, got my tag number, and told me to take my trash else where from now on. Very hateful.
