Very timely and efficient. I booked 1.5 hours in advance and they got me in a kayak within a minute after I got there. Beautiful river for a kayak ride, tiny rapids here and there which was exciting, right along the bluffs of the state park..simply a peaceful time. Free shuttle pickup at your own landing zone, too! Will definitely be back!

What an experience! The staff is amazing and friendly. The canoe was in excellent condition and they helped us load in and gave tips on how to control it on the waters. The scenery on the trip was astonishing. The team truly goes above and beyond from when you first arrive, to making sure the river is clear, putting signs along the river to help navigate and loading the rentals back on the bus to ride back. Will most definitely be coming back again!

We had a smooth experience booking a canoe rental with Kickapoo Wild Adventure and we recommend booking through them. They are upriver from the other renters so you get some time with less people on the river. They had everything ready to go for us when we arrived, the equipment was in excellent shape, and the pick up went smoothly at the end of the day.
We did a 4 hour trip and it was very easy "work" to paddle down the river. Weekends are very busy so expect to be out among the people for your trip. Everyone was very friendly about passing and patient when needed. Can't wait to do it again and book through KWA.

It started out as an absolutely gorgeous day for canoeing down the river. We were so excited and were thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Unfortunately, at about the 2-hour mark a storm arose, and we had to call it quits - otherwise we would have stayed another 2 hours! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for something fun for the whole family to do!

Shaun and his team are great!! It was a seamless experience!! The canoes are in excellent shape with backrests. Our ride back was there quickly. Would recommend KWA to anyone and everyone!!!

Very professional, efficient process! Reasonable prices and good service. It's really nice that they don't make you pay extra for a cooler tube like some places do. Would definitely return. Had a lot of fun tubing!

We had a great time. The rental was an easy process, the rules and guidelines were clearly communicated, the equipment (kayaks, canoes, paddles, life jackets) was in top shape, the shuttle was on time... best of all, the scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Can’t complain! The canoes were of sound quality, and the river was nice and relaxing. The driver came and picked us up in a timely fashion, and everybody was plenty friendly. Would do it again!

We had so much fun canoeing down the Kickapoo River with our family. Wild Adventures has awesome canoes with backrests, great parking under trees so your vehicle is shaded during your adventure. Easy pick-up by bridges, they offered zip lock bags for phones, holding car keys until we returned, etc. Overall experience was a very good one!! We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing time last Saturday!! Our group consisted 16 canoes with all age groups, we all had a great time. Canoes were clean and ready when we were and the staff was very accommodating, love the backs on all the seats! Very scenic views along the river as well.

Great experience with Kickapoo Wild Adventures! Very easy to make group reservations. They were super accommodating when our group numbers were reduced and also let our friend bring her dog kayaking! Excellent service on day of as well - very easy to call for pick up when we finished; they arrived 5 minutes later to pick us up! Thanks for a very fun adventure!

Shaun and his crew are the best around when it comes to tubing the Kickapoo. They make launching so easy, provide all the straps necessary for groups to stay together, include cooler tubes at no extra cost and make pick up a breeze. They also do the best of the area making sure down trees are cleared out of the water and public landings are clean and maintained which is above and beyond what other rentals services do for the area. Also, the equipment they provide is in significantly better shape and cleaner than other services. All the extra stuff KWA does makes it the place to float, canoe or kayak on the Kickapoo!!

We had a great day trip with KWA! We went with a group ages 10-75yo in kayaks and canoes and everyone was able to navigate their boats while enjoying the beautiful scenery surrounding us! We will DEFINITELY be back! We’re excited to try the tubes next time!

Wow! What an amazing place. Took my 2 year old and we had the most amazing time. They offer free cooler tubes for littles! So for $30 we had a whole day of fun. Playing on sandbars,catching crawfish,swimming, and exploring. Genuine family time. No phones, no internet.... just nature. From putting us on the river to picking us up late the owner couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend them and will use them every time. Everything about my expirence was amazing. Shaun was friendly and explained details of what we needed to know to have a pleasant canoe trip. Everyone was helpful and the canoe and life vest were clean. It was nice to have the shuttle service to return to our vehicle.

We had an amazing experience with Kickapoo Wild Adventures. The staff is great and the canoes are in like new condition. The river was beautiful even on a not so beautiful day. We will definitely be back!

We did an impromptu canoe trip, and we able to book the same day! So accommodating, and great staff. Lovely river ride, we just forgot the booze. Would highly recommend!

We drove in from Madison for an 11am reservation and had a wonderful afternoon rowing from KWA to. Bridge 5! We got there right around 3 (a little more efficient than what KWA estimated but more or less on schedule) and were on a shuttle within ten minutes.

Kayaks were nice, staff were nice, river was awesome. Would definitely come back! No complaints.

Surprisingly dead for an 80 degree day in early June, but that was to our benefit.

We really enjoyed kayaking on the Kickapoo River with Kickapoo Wild Adventures. Staff was great, helpful, and quick to pick us up from where we ended our adventure on the river. The river is easy with a few ripples and breath taking beautiful bluffs.
