We have visited the shop several times to buy pond supplies and buy koi for our pond. They are always very friendly and have what we need. We recently had our ornamental pond expanded by them to accommodate more koi and it turned out beautifully, and a huge improvement from the prior pond. They updated our equipment and restructured the waterfall feature. We highly recommend them to everyone!

A nice family owned business. They will build ponds, maintain ponds as well as repair issues that you are having with your pomd.

We had walked into Prairie Creek Nursey on a Sunday afternoon to see if they had a product or like product in store that we were looking for. When we entered this establishment we were greeted by a women who asked if she could help us find anything. When we explained our situation and what we were looking for she rudely interrupted us to ask if our Windmill Areation was even working. When we said yes, she then questioned us again about the windmill and treated us like we were incompetent individuals. We weren't even in there for an aeration product. She then got a guy on the phone and had my boyfriend talk to him about our situation and the product we were looking for. A simple, "I'm sorry, we don't carry that product or anything like it in our store" would have saficed. But instead he rudely told my boyfriend that he has never heard of that product and that the only product he had "kinda" like it was too expensive for us. 1) if we didn't have the money to maintenance our pond we wouldn't be asking for help and 2) just because we are a younger couple doesn't mean we should be treated differently than anyone else. If you are looking for HELPFUL advice on pond maintenance or people to go to, to help with your pond, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
