Bioimaging MRI Center

I had my MRI today at 3pm and the lady at the front and the tech who did my imaging were two of the most amazing sweet people I've ever met. I'm claustrophobic so I of course was medicated (thank you to my husband for driving me and being my rock). The front desk lady had me laughing and smiling, I wasn't worrying about being in the machine at all. The tech made the experience as comfortable as she possibly could have for me and when I panicked at the first moment of going in the tube, she let me come out and breathe to calm down before trying again. I am so grateful that this experience was with these two ladies because I don't know how I would have managed otherwise.

I feel very confident using this MRI center. I had a full brain scan today and I did well. Brett Walker is so great with his patients! I was a little
scared at first about my claustrophobia. He reassured me that he would take good care of me. Please don’t wait and be frightened. This Technology can enlighten us about our physical problems and how to get them fixed.

As an extremely claustrophobic individual, I cannot express how grateful I was to have 2 of the most patient and understanding people working with me!! Once again, Brett and Haley you are truly appreciated and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!😊😊😊

Amazing front desk staff. They were prepared for my arrival, filled out paper work and got me to my MRI ahead of schedule. Radiology Tech (Brett) had great bed side manner and explained my procedure very professionally! Great Team!

I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was efficient and professional. My tech, Bret had a very pleasant and calming demeanor. He would do well with helping someone with claustrophobia through the experience.

I was a patient at Bio Imaging this week for MRI of brain and spine. Staff were all very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. My thanks to Brett, my technologist, who does an excellent job. I have worked as a nurse for 35+ years here in huntsville. KP

Had such a positive experience here! Check in was easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Brett was with me during my actual MRI and he was as kind and supportive as could be. I shared with him that I have anxiety and he did everything possible to make me feel comfortable.

Those who have had an MRI scan before knows it’s not the most pleasant thing to endure. Particularly so if you happen to have problems with sitting still or being in a confined space, as I do. I’ve had to do a few scans now and both times I’ve been fortunate enough to get to work with Brett. He’s professional and great with people. My second time going in I wasn’t nearly as nervous because I knew exactly what to expect thanks to the clear directions and explanations from him. I’ll always request to come here for any future scans!

Today was my first visit.. was blow away with the staff. All so friendly. Helpful. Brett was amazing. Talked to me about concerns . Made sure inwas comfortable. Very respectful. Recommend 100%

Nothing but high marks for this place! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. A few days before my appointment they even allowed me to "test fit" one of their machines to make sure I could handle it without being claustrophobic. I would definitely be willing to visit again.

I was very reluctant and nervous about having a MRI, however the staff at Bioimaging of Huntsville went above and beyond to ease my fears and create a positive experience for me. I will always use them for my future BioImaging needs. Thank you Bret, for explaining everything thoroughly and allowing me time to adjust to the situation. Highly recommend

I’m so confused by the bad reviews! When my doc remembered to put my order in, way past due, I had a text within 20 minutes to call for an appointment. Called on Tuesday, appointment that Friday. Receptionists were SUPER friendly! On phone AND in person! I went today, was running late, called to tell them and was no issue, just had to rush through the sign in, but it was a workman’s comp case. Brett was with me the whole time, and was amazing! Doc was nice, great experience! I highly recommend this place! Had an issue with my last MRI, (they’re not used to an elbow and shoulder, so the shots in the elbow effected my movement) elbow had the dye, so it was apparently moving some during last MRI, but Brett got it where I was comfortable and we knocked it out! Clean, professional place. Just talk to them like you’ve known them forever, like I do everywhere. I was very impressed! Glad that’s where I was referred! If I ever need more imaging, hope I’m referred here! Thank you all! ♥ Also I had NO wait time(and I was only 10 minutes late, which may be why some wait longer, since my last image we had to do 3 times because of my elbow in pain and hard to bend and be still). Be patient ♥

Brett made sure I was comfortable for the long imaging procedure. His bedside manner was funny and comforting. I will request him for all future appointments!

I was warmly greeted by the front desk. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patients, and humility. The changing rooms were clean, with a double chair, tv, and current magazine's. The MRI techs were very kind, and extremely professional. They again took the time to rewrap me for my scan with contrast. When the radiologist came in he had such a caring bedside manner. He fully explained what he was doing and asked several times if I had questions. I would Fully recommend this facility to anyone seeking medical intervention. They are a wonderful group of top notch professionals.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and helped me through the mri in spite of my claustrophobia.

I do not know the name of the man who put me in the MRI Machine today, but i do want to say Thank You to him & also the woman who was making me sign papers at the front.

The professionals at BioImaging are always very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They go out of their way to make you comfortable from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I highly recommend this group because of the good feeling I have while in their care.
