Very pleasant experience. Facilitie Team let me see the machine before I schedule an appointment as I'm very scared of the inclosed MRI.This tesla is 3t wide bore, very spacious, and open on both sides, front and back, plenty of air. Earplugs provided, radio and tv if you needed, aslo they talk to you thrue the process. Mine took 1.5 hr but felt like only about 1hr. The schedule was fast, in one week, everything went smooth from the front desk to radiologist Debbie and another gentleman. I wish I had found them early.

The staff here treated me with such kindness and were so helpful to me. I felt so comfortable there! Shout out to Susan who did her job wonderfully no pain and it was a quick draw on the first try! Also the lady that name starts with a K at the front treated me like I was family. Thank you ladies for all your help today!

Major things you need to know:

1. The staff here - incredible. Very kind. Focused. Efficient.

2. Their waiting area is very small. That is not the fault of the staff. If you are upset by that, then write to Crestwood Hospital higher ups or let the staff know your difficulties and ask for help with a solution.

3. I did not have more than a twenty minute wait. Sometimes you will have to wait a long time. That is not the staff being cruel. If you worked there, you would see how they get to the point of being behind.

4. My IV stick was awesome. I'm so sorry I did not remember your name but incredibly grateful for talking me through everything you were doing or wanted me to do. Very easy process.

Takeaway: BE KIND. Be patient. Remember that the staff are human beings trying to feed their families and make rent. They also happen to want to help you. Take a breath, communicate clearly, advocate for yourself if and when it is necessary. If you do not like their services, thank them and leave. Ask your doctor for a different option if at all possible.

P.S Let staff be staff. If they have their phones out, if they are eating at their desk, talking about their lives, and doing other such activities, don't get all huffy. Ask them clearly and kindly for what you need.

There is a reason they can't walk away to eat. It's a long day working around patients and paperwork and constant talks with other offices. Their phones are helping them with their job, their families, and dealing with the stress of being berated for things they can't control.

That's my Ted Talk. Be well everyone.

Lilly did my contrast CT scan today; she is amazing and great at her job!! She explained the process great and was very comforting. I have small veins that roll; combined with being on a blood thinner, makes it very difficult to start an IV. The last person had to finally get an ultrasound to be able to start it. Lilly got it on the first try! I didn’t even bruise which is amazing in itself. Lilly is awesome, kind, and gentle. I hope her Supervisor/Manager sees this and knows how great she is at her job!

I am the worst needle phobic. I had been tortured for 55 yrs with blood draws and IV’s before moving to Hville 4 years ago. From my first contact with Susan Horn, now a Crestwood VP, I have had a different experience. For the first time, healthcare professionals stop and listen to my issues, and set out to make my experience as comfortable as possible. My experiences throughout the Crestwood system have been positive. I try to communicate with the professionals from the outset and have had excellent results for four years. Today I had another one, the second at the Crestwood Imaging and Diagnostic Center on Airport Road. I met Beverly at the front desk on my last visit there and was impressed; this time both she and Rae were very helpful from the initial calls to my visit this morning. This time the phlebotomist was Malia. She even called me before I went in. I simply could not believe her efficiency. I was in the “torture” chair and out in record time and felt no pain whatsoever. Good health care is the result of both sides communicating effectively. It takes work on both sides, and I have found Prestwood professionals open to listening and reacting when I make my thoughts and concerns known. I cannot say enough positive about Crestwood, and I hate everything about medical, so that is a high compliment coming from me.

I had an after-work MRI on Tuesday of this week. First off, my doctor relayed the results to me at my 0800 today/Thursday. That was essentially a one day, Wednesday, turn around. I didn't know what timeline to expect so it was a very pleasant surprise this morning.
With regards to my experience inside the Crestwood I&D, all was perfectly fine. Comfortable, socially distanced seats for waiting. Calm and pleasant atmosphere. I started unwinding since I was finished with work for the day. Fast and fool-proof paperwork administration, to get things going. Had pleasant chatter as we initialed/signed forms.
Bit of a wait then, but I did show up half an hour early, (I chose to relax) then later off to a changing room to ditch anything metal - personal locker and you take the key with you. Nice banter as I got... installed into the MRI machine. Their procedure was a short break to allow for an adjust/swallow/cough and then you hear how many minutes the next scan will last. Repeats... Brain with no contrast fluid for me.
I'm sorry to see the negative reviews, I wouldn't have a suggestion to put in their box. I will call out the horrid traffic on Airport Rd, but you can reach them via several routes if you botch a turn so really no concerns there.
I would not hesitate to return here for future testing.

I recently went here for imaging prescribed by my doctor, and could not be more pleased with the experience. Throughout the process I interacted with a total of four people, all of whom were competent, courteous, and professional. My appointment started within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and the procedure lasted for about 15 or 20 minutes. I'm totally satisfied. I learn the results very soon ... nervous but hoping for the best.

Fantastic experience with a blood draw today. I had to wait only 15-20 minutes, the administrative staff was very friendly and helpful and the woman who did the blood draw was great!

I've seen all the horrible reviews for Crestwood Imaging and I was concerned. I did not have much time available on the day of my appointment. Thankfully, I had a 0700 ultrasound appointment and that must have been their first appointment for the day. I arrived at 0645 and I was done and back in my car at 0700! While this may not be everyone's experience, I don't have any complaints with how my visit went.

The staff are so kind and caring. Busy. But, they are under alot of pressure with so many people who need help. Hifhly recommend getting an appointment before coming. Then everything goes fast
Er and smoother.

There was a short wait to get in to be tested. Staff was professional. Easy in and out. Offers patient portal online to review results.

I went in today to get an ultrasound. I have not had the best experience with having the best techs but Ashley was absolutely AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable, informed me of what to look forward to. I would definitely go back to hopefully see her for my anatomy scan. We need more techs like her in the field. The registration process was quite irritating to arrive on time, not get seen until my appointment time & continue to wait another 30-40 minutes but my Tech Ashley saved my overall experience.

((Really a 3.5, not a 4, but Google doesn't have a very finely-divided rating system.)) AFAIK, they've always done the jobs (various imaging, blood work) fine though the wait seems excessively long at times.

While not directly their fault, it is irritating to be sent there for things that could just have easily been done in my doctor's office (think blood draws) but insurance forces one to use them. Of course, the company does negotiate with the various insurance companies to get just this type of favored treatment so, yeah, they are a participant in the system that puts patients near or at the bottom of the heap. Sadly, many (most?) parts of the healthcare system are just as guilty of this.

I've always had fast and friendly service here, never had to wait more than a few minutes and gotten results within the day. Its close to my work so its very convenient.

Very SLOW and inefficient. Just sat around with a crowd in the waiting room waiting and waiting with no one being called

Long wait time due to misplaced blood work. Results were not faxed back to Dr., They had to chase it down, so took a week to get results. People were nice, but NOT together!
