Customer service was pretty good. The tank prices are high compared to other states I've lived but I guess that's keys prices. Not much complaint from me other than prices.

Took a star due to it takes forever to get to talk to someone.

Terrible store. Stopped in to get a nitrogen. After the guy came to the counter he wouldn’t sell us a tank. I was told we would need an account in order to buy from there. I offered to setup one, but was denied saying it would take a few days. Obviously we were bothering him and he said no one would get us a nitrogen. Well 300 yards down the road we went to a place that charged us a tank rental fee and a fill. We’ve spent well over 1000 bucks at that other place this week.

They take a really long time to attend they need more staff one in the front and the back People cant be waiting 30 mins for some tanks .. is insane tbh

I walked in and found 2 dust covered boxes of face masks and went to pay for them.. the guy said, where did you get those?
I said off the shelf. He said sorry, I can't sell those to you, there expired.
I said these don't expire.. he said, well.. the company will not allow us to sell them to anyone. Then he pointed to a dest with over 8 full boxes of them.
After all this is over... I'm going to sue this guy and the company.

they need to fire the whole staff and hire new people.
