I rarely write a review but the service I received from Bob Steffens is worth writing about. My heat broke on New Years Day - the 10 degree New Years Day - and Bob, was not only the only plumber to return my call, but was at my home within a few hours and solved the problem. When the remote thermostat was still giving an incorrect reading, he went back to my house in the dark (I had to leave town) and checked it again. It has been so long since I've found someone with the professionalism and workmanship I received from Bob Steffens. I highly recommend and thank him again.

OMG yesterday, thanksgiving we were just leaving the house one of our pipes in the bathroom burst, it immediately flooded the bathroom. Stephens Plumbing quoted us at a price and then attempted to charge us more than double. They were rude and would come to the house outside of open hours to try and claim their unfair charges. I would avoid them at all costs.
