Decent price, track hooks. Lots of stands and johns. Good food. Not a megaplex but a good honest dragstrip in a pretty part of Illinois.

The first drag strip I ever visited and what I consider to be my "home track" now. Love racing and spectating here. Such a unique backdrop of nuclear cooling towers over the treeline. This facility continues to get even better over time, always well prepped, and always a great time.

We always enjoy Glory Days here. Racing at its best. Great people, food, racers, track personal everybody.

Took my kids to watch the races. It got rained out. However, hang on to your tickets. They allowed us to go another day and honored the old tickets. Great service. The food is pricey, pack a PBJ..

We love coming here and watching our neighbor race. The prices are reasonable and everyone is always super friendly. The racers, employees and spectators are like being with your other family! <3

Went for the Nostalgia Drags ( called "Glory Days") today! Great track with extremely friendly staff, good food and plenty of cold drinks! Clean restrooms. Super nice competitors who take time out to talk to the fans. Yeah it was hot, but the track had all kinds of facilities to cool off for everyone. Excellent track!

Bring ear plugs cash only for everything. We brought our American bully. No shade bring umbrella in hot weather. You can also bring camping chairs & outside refreshments. It was about $5 for all food i.e. burger pork chop slushie smoothie bratwurst e.t.c

First time here and my first time going to a drag race. Glory Days was cool to see the old cars, but it was impossible to figure out what was going on. Maybe I forgot a score card or something.

Best Brat I have had ever I think, probably the best food service. So tasty, the announcer was spot on, it felt great, the reporting and information was very very well informed.... oh yeah and the racing was fun too..

Visited for 2021 HotRod drag week, and boy was it a great time, Bryon by far had the most fans show up for this fun event.
Great place to watch as you are allowed to get very close to the action.

It was a great SICK 1st day. Byron has been a great place for racing fun for years. Drag and Drive was fantastic 2day. Looking forward to Friday back in Byron.

Great drag strip, friendly staff. Would not issue refund after 2-3hr rain delay (I wasn't going to sit with 3 unruly kids for any longer) did check the cars and swap meet out in the rain however. The gate is cash only, which would have been nice to know.... Might want to add that to the website

The annual Wheelie contest should not be missed. They also host regular events throughout the summer that are always a lot of high octane fun.

Great facility and staff coupled with great fan access to the action really set off the beginning of the Sick Summer event in style. Happy to visit from lands far away.

Incredibly well run dragstrip with a visible emphasis on driver and spectator safety. The crews are among the best anywhere; clearing debris from the track and getting stalled vehicles cleared safely and quickly. The track is laid out I'm as efficient a manner as possible, having come from decades of previous experience.

This is the best run dragstrip! Staff is friendly and helpful! The track is well maintained!

What's not to like about drag racing? BJ & his staff run this place very well & the concession area never looked as good as it does now with tables with umbrellas & a covered eating area. Can't wait to go back when it's cooler

This is one awesome track! Beautifully clean, friendly and helpful officials, and a really nice, smooth track. I cant brag this place up enough.

Not only do they host great vintage drag events, but they also host a number of other races, and bring in crowds from all around. A 7 hour trip was well worth it.

We came here for Meltdown Drags for years. Love the track. The track personnel really busted their tail getting the track ready to race after a lot of heavy rain rolled in. Very pleased with the runs we make here. FAST TRACK 1/4 mile racing or 1/8 mile racing. Hosts great events and has nice paved pits. Grass pits are great too. NIGHTSTALKER RULES :P

Nice drag strip. No shade of course, but some umbrellas. Nice concession stand also
