Manhattan/Robbins Lake Park

We have caught dish everytime we fish now. This has not happened in years. Lots of catfish ans bass. Restrooms are available.

Amazing place to get sunrise pictures. You can angle it over the water nicely.

Great for family get together and if you love fishing it is a great place to take your kids to do some fishing and every year the first weekend in August they have a fundraising event for the Boys&Girls club fish-a-rama it is a great event for the whole family which you purchase a wrist band and for the 2 day event you fish and try to catch fish as with colored tags to win prizes and full of fun well worth it and for a great cause!!

My fav place to fish in cedar rapids!!!!!!!!!! Love it here!!!!!!!! I also go to the shack side of the river right there by where the boat dock is. Love it there also 🙂❤ I hate the cold also and I hate it when it's to cool or cold to go fishing so like it has been here lately. I love the nice warm weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful public lake off of the Cedar River. Lots of people. Great place to take kids fishing or just have a casual fishing day. Nice walking trail around lake.

We had a rehearsal picnic here. It was clean and nobody bothered us. Nice fire place but we did not use it. Great place for pictures

Visitors need to try to remember their trash when they go to leave. Decent fishing spot.

Love this place I actually go here alot now I fish here and just come out here to sit and enjoy the scenery it is pet friendly you can use your canoe you can also get your family and friends and BBQ they have lots of parking and it is very convenient it is a very peaceful place I love it .

Is beautiful relaxing little area that's clean and a fun place to visit

We held our annual church picnic there last Sunday. It was refreshing to be near the water And it was a plus to have outlets to keep the food warm. Of course indoor restrooms were a bonus! We will return

I've always LOVED this corner of Ellis Park! Before the Derecho there were plenty of shade trees to park under and just relax! We also enjoy grilling& fishing out there. And driving our R/C BOAT right out on Robbins Lake. Great Fun!!!

Nice little park right off Edgewood and Ellis. Fishing, boating, grills, benches and a couple pavilions. Safe swimming also as long as you have water shoes on so you don't get a hook in your foot.

Great place to fish, I personally was here for bass, and that is exactly what I caught. Heard stories from other anglers in the area of some pretty sizable channel catfish inhabiting the pond as well. Decent walking trail and plenty of spots for a picnic or cookout. Pavillion available for reservation. Though call and check with the local parks service to make sure that it is open for such business.

This place is easy to get to-you just pull off the road and you're there. There are places to picnic, some barbecue grills, and even a shelter with a huge fireplace. It's never crowded. You can fish there, walk around, or just chill. There's no need to bring anything special, just bring yourself and relax for a few minutes, or even for the whole day.

Robin's Lake it's a well-known place to go and enjoy the outside and the wildlife that shows up there. Very enjoyable place to visit and to return too many times over. It is a nice place do you have a gathering at the Pavilion. There is also a walking trail that is open to the public.
