Dr. Jasper V. Castillo III, MD

I don’t know how many good things I could say about Dr.Castillo! He did my son’s surgery and did an amazing job! Not to mention he was so thorough! He made sure we understood all the pre op and post op instructions. Hes an absolute angel!

Dr. Castillo is a great doctor and a great surgeon. He took a lot of time with us before my son’s surgery to explain the procedure, and he thoroughly explained his medication and care after the surgery. We are very pleased with him and his staff.

Dr. Castillo is one of the most thorough Dr's that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have had ENT type of problems my whole life. I had the same ENT for 20 years. I trusted her she cared about her patients. So when it came to my kids I carried them to her, but she retired. I thought I would never find a ENT for my kids that I trusted the same way, but I met Dr Castillo and he just completed a surgery for my son. Dr Castillo took time to explain everything and earned my trust. He cares which is unique in today's world. If you are looking for a "kids" ENT and are lucky enough to get in as a new patient he's fantastic and I trusted him with my kids life and I don't trust many people that way. I would give more stars, but 5 is max and he deserves max! Thank you Dr. Castillo for being one of the best I have ever met!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Castillo for the last 4 months. I love how he explains everything and keeps us very well informed on all of my daughter's procedures.

Although I am 12... I thought this doctor did a great job. He told me everything that was going to happened and thoroughly explained what to eat and what not to eat after getting my tonsils out.

He has done a great job both times we have had tubes put in my son's ears. His staff is friendly, I would recommend him to anyone

We waited for 6 weeks to be seen for an appointment, they were able to schedule surgery quickly, however we are 3 weeks post op and no one has called to check on him, see how he is healing or anything. Dr. Castillo was super rude pre-op about a prior surgery we had done by another surgeon, we waited for over 2.5 hours to go back for surgery. I would not recommend his office, drive to Birmingham or Nashville

Was an hour late to my appointment with my infant and 2 year old. Was quick and abrupt and unapologetic. Do not recommend and won’t be returning

Waited over an hour past the appointment time. Rude doctor, highly recommend you find somewhere else to go.
