Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The young lady working tonight (5/27 between 8pm-9pm) was very polite and provided great service. The young man working in the dining room with her was just as pleasant. They were both working and not standing around and appeared to have pride in their job. My husband and I appreciated the service we received and look forward to going back soon!

At first we were just going for the blizzards. Now, we enjoy their food and the blizzards. The only problem we have, is there a way too many delicious desserts to try. My favorite thing is they always give me a pup cup for my doggy, which I'm sure she would say is her favorite thing too.

We went Sunday 5/19 for lunch. The staff was prompt and friendly. The food was hot and just as we ordered it. They also checked on us multiple times. I think the young lady who did so well was named Cece. Great job, everyone!

This DQ drive through seems to be always busy. Worth the wait to have that cool, creamy ice cream in a crunchy cone.
I ordered a lunch special once and it was good.

The entire staff was friendly and greeted me with a "hello" and a smile. My sundae was quickly prepared and delivered to my table. I loved not having to listen for my number to be called out.

This is the most efficient Dairy Queen I have been to. The entire staff was friendly and worked together to get the food out promptly. It is refreshing to see people that looked like they enjoy what they are doing. Keep it up guys.

This is always my go to location when I'm wanting Dairy Queen. This is where I always get my ice cream cakes and they are very reliable and helpful. The quality of the food is always great and the dining room is usually clean. This team does a great job 👏 👍

Update: They reopened the drink machine, and Amy was fantastic! She was super upbeat and friendly, and she must have come to my table 4 times. She gave better customer service than you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant. Updating to 5 stars!

The food was pretty good, and the employees were nice. My biggest issue is all of the ineffective/illogical COVID policies they have implemented here. In short, they have a lot of policies that were intended to prevent the spread of COVID (or designed by corporate to make it look like DQ cares about the pandemic) that actually make their customers and employees even more likely to contract COVID.

For example, they have the drink station closed and require guests to ask employees for refills. This is inconvenient for the customers and employees alike, but more than that, the FDA and CDC both state that COVID rarely spreads from surfaces and primarily spreads via person-to-person contact. For example, the FDA has said the following: "It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads." Furthermore, in their article "How COVID-19 Spreads," the CDC states that "People who are physically near a person with COVID-19... are at greatest risk for infection. When people with COVID-19 cough, sneeze, sing, talk, or breathe, they produce respiratory droplets... Respiratory droplets cause infection when they are inhaled.... Spread from touching surfaces is not thought to be a common way that COVID-19 spreads."

Therefore, according to the FDA and CDC, me approaching an employee, handing him or her my cup (which requires us to stand closer than 6 feet apart), and verbally telling the employee what drink I had (talking releases COVID-spreading droplets) is far more likely to spread COVID than me simply going to the drink machine and filling my cup, properly socially distanced and not talking to anybody. This policy forces DQ customers and employees to trade surface-contact (with the soda machine) for person-to-person contact, which is far more dangerous. The same applies to them not having ketchup, napkins, etc laid out for customers to grab themselves. It's inconvenient, and it makes the restaurant less safe than it would be operating normally.

Have to show receipt to use bathroom!! Has a code in the receipt then use fingerprint to unlock door. However, code didn't work. All I wanted to do was wash my hands before eating!!! This smart city stuff is getting CRAZY 😧

Great food. Fresh and hot. Everything was made to order

While visiting my sister and her husband, we wanted ice cream cones. The employees were very friendly and the eating area was clean. Enjoyed our time there!

When all the other burger joints are struggling, this Dairy Queen has kept a very high level of customer service. I've never had to wait long, the lady at the register during lunch is one of the nicest people you'll meet, and she always check on the customers to make sure their orders are right... she takes care of us! The quality of the food has been extremely consistent. I come here, place my order, and then have a very relaxing lunch. It's become my go-to burger and ice cream joint when I need to get away from the office for a while.

A gracious gentleman who took my substitutions with no issues, leading to an overall wonderful meal experience.
My burger was pickle free, deliciously cooked, and generously topped with cheese.
I was getting a large order for my workplace and he was exceptionally patient and accommodating. I will be recommending this location and returning frequently.
