We are very pleased with the service provided by Laughlin. Leah made a beautiful tribute video which played during the viewing and Kurt was very comforting and reassuring. We recommend.

Kurt and entire staff were wonderful to work with in a not so wonderful time. My brother was given a memorial service that I could not have created without the direction of Kurt. The Urn we purchased was even customized by Kurt and his wife! They exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this business. Kurt worked within my budget, gave compassion, flawless arrangements, convenient location with ample parking , and clean.

Kurt and the entire staff are exemplary. All my family have been to Laughlins in Mt Lebanon. The latest were my Father and Mother who both passed in the last 9 months. All needs were met and exceeded what you expect. Flawless from the call to them to the arrangements made to finish the deal. Comfort and class. COVID? Didn’t matter they treated our family as expected. Full Military service performed at the Cemetery of the Alleghenies and internment for both. They also handled flowers and followed St Bernards mass with a beautiful brunch for everyone. Thanks guys. See you soon. Bob K
