Always friendly staff and always smiling. Very nice and quiet atmosphere. You never have to wait long to get in to see your provider.

Staff(most) and providers were great. office manager is horrible and broke HIPPA as well as humiliating me as an employee during and after my employment with centra care. 7 people have quit in the last year due to her. She read people my personal employee file and spoke about reasons for FMLA. I reported to HR and they didn't do anything. I reported to employee relations and got write up for not going to my manager first..."the one who was bullying and tormenting me". i contacted a lawyer and he checked into it and said to walk away that they had so many loop holes in employment documents that i would never get justice.
