I had a power window switch go out and my back passenger window was stuck in the down position. While their service center was booked out a week... they managed to fit me in the same day. They pulled a switch from a new truck on the lot to get me on my way before the rain continues. THANK YOU!

Called in when engine & wrench lights came on, the women that answered was very knowledgeable, eased my concerns. I was able to get serviced within 3 days. Ford did a diagnostic and had it fixed in a couple hours. Who knew rodents would be the cause. Very happy with the service. Thanks so much!

I bought my new F150 at Mills in January when I was ready to trade my older F150. I went to Mills because they have the best and high quality service department. I live 2 hours north. Mills is worth the distance.

I recently had rodent damage to the wiring in my truck, so I called Mills Ford to set up an appointment to have it repaired. Mills Ford completed the service work promptly and provide a vehicle wash. Service rep was very attentive to our needs and communicated well. The customer waiting area was very appreciated with available beverages and snacks.

Awesome purchase experience! From Reese sending us a personalized video of the truck right after exterior detailing was done (to make sure we wanted to drive 2.5 hours to look at it in person), to Airen in finance taking care of the paperwork when we could get back up there a week later, it was a top notch experience all around! Reese also went above and beyond for us when we came in person to look at this truck, and made it well worth it to come from the Twin Cities. Wish I could give 10 stars! To much to describe in detail the entire buying process, but definitely a great experience! We also got a fair price for our trade in too! Thanks Mills!

First off I want to thank Brady, Josh, and Joe for an absolutely phenomenal buying experience. The no pressure sales was nice. Extra things were offered but they were fine with the first no I gave them and didn't keep pushing it. I have yet to find myself to be loyal to a dealership in the 5 vehicles I've owned. After my experience with mills ford I think I've finally found the one i can see myself coming back to time and time again. Mills went far and above my expectations. I was in a hurry just a couple hours before their closing time on a Saturday and was about fed up with the typical dealership run arounds. Brady came to help me right away, I told him I didn't have much time and was looking for a quick estimate on a trade in. Not only was he very prompt in getting the appraisal done but he came back with a number that beat other dealerships by thousands not hundreds, and at that point I knew this dealership had my best interests in mind and not their own, and that it meant more than being just another sale to them. They didn't have the particular vehicle I was looking for but they dug and found one with everything I wanted and drove down to pick it up as soon as they were able to. Can't thank Joe and Josh enough for all their work on the sales end of it and finding extra rebates that were available to me and getting my lease payment less than the original quote. Joe also made sure I didn't leave without giving me a run down of all the new features available with the 2018's.

Just purchased a beautiful Ford Edge on Saturday from Mills. Ours salesman, Rick Litke, was great to work with. Sent me videos & any info I needed to make the drive down. 10 stars for my used car buying experience! I saw a vehicle that I was very interested in; left an email after hours and received a call right away the next morning from Reece. I met Reece several hours later and took a test drive; purchased it after that. The car had been looked over mechanically, but not detailed yet. I couldn't take it home that day anyhow, so I came back in 2 days and the car was detailed BEAUTIFULLY!

Bottom line:

I felt I got a GREAT deal! The car drives /looks great (and low miles) and was one of the least expensive on their lot.

The whole buying process was relaxing and easy.
Reese and his colleagues were all great; friendly, low pressure, very well informed and a pleasure to work with.

The facility is beautiful; and overall, one of my favorite car buying experiences that I have had! I even got a call 2 days after pickup to see how it was going. The whole thing was a total class act and the next time I need a used vehicle, Reece will be my first call.

They are extremely courteous people. I've liked my interactions with them so far.

Dale, Kyle, and Brady set the standard for a dealer experience. They didn't necessarily try to sell me a car, they laser focused on making sure I was happy with the dealer experience: getting the actual sale seemed to be a secondary concern to them. Definitely was worth the 2.5 hour drive to do business with Mills Ford. I literally drove past 5 Ford dealers on my way to Mills because of how happy I was while corresponding with Dale and Kyle via email. 1st class folks. For context, I traded in a BMW M3 for a Shelby GT350 (Before the M3 I had an Audi S4). So I am no stranger to a 'premium' dealer experience. As far a dealer personnel, the folks I dealt with at Mills were equal to or superior that the folks I have dealt with at other 'premium' dealers. And if you're wondering, yes I'm a real person/buyer. Just wanted to get to the word out on the folks at Mills Ford to help out any fellow automotive enthusiasts.

Mills Ford is the best dealership! They pride themselves in making sure their guests leave satisfied. Integrity- not just written on the walls, but found in the team.

Today I purchased my 4th vehicle from them! I’m very happy with my 2023 Ford Edge and the APR rate with Ford Credit. A huge shout out to Brady, Reece, Airen, and Hillary.
