Rusmur Floors Carpet One Floor & Home

This floor is a replacement from a different product and manufacture that we purchased from Rusmur flooring that failed due to an issue in the manufacturing. As soon as we made them aware, they were very accommodating in replacing the floor.There was one delay due to lack of communication between departments in the process of replacing the floor, then we couldn’t decide on a different floor, but I have to say, the installers Ty and Gage did a fantastic job, the floor is so snug up to the cabinets and we are very pleased with the outcome. We did have some issues with the subway tile that Rusmur also did for us, but they made sure everything was to our satisfaction at the end of the process.

Rusmur installed wood floor in my kitchen a couple of years ago. They were GREAT. A problem came up and they took care of it immediately. Great products, great service.

do not go there . price id to hi and delivery is too slow it takes them 25- 40 days to get it .

Did not get no help in flooring asked the guy in flooring for help did not respond to us because we look young but we are very wealthy I will not return
