Crestwood Medical Center - Emergency Room

Wonderful experience. Attentive and kind staff. Blake Herring, RN Charge Nurse was the absolute best. Great bedside manner, very patient, answering all questions which made me feel at ease. He ran all necessary tests which I really appreciate. He is the best nurse I have ever met A very warm and likable person yet professional at the same time. He is truly an asset to your hospital. Thank you for the great care. Hopefully I won't be back any time soon but if I need the ER again I will choose CMC and I hope Mr. Herring is there! ❤

Experience at New Free-Standing Emergency Room in Harvest …Excellent Experience! Quick, pleasant attentive and knowledgeable employees. Dr Wayne Jones was great!
The building is all new and clean. There weren’t 100 people in the waiting room and I didn’t have to wait 6 plus hours! Very Thankful this is nearby. I almost drove into Huntsville yesterday but I remembered the new ER was open.. Definitely check it out.

Went for an ovarian cyst that was causing me intense pain. Very nice people, swift admittance and even though getting the test results took a while, it was a very nice experience. I'm very afraid of needles but the nurses were kind and patient with me, and didn't make me feel like I was less than for my fear. Very sweet and did a great job with the IV. The room was clean and had a tv, and the nurse practitioner even turned off the main lights as he left so as to not make it a stressful environment, which I thought was so nice because florescent lights really give me headaches.
The two imaging techs who helped me were also very nice and entertained my nervous conversation, which I appreciate.

Overall a very good experience, thank you to all the staff who made me feel better when I was scared.

I drive myself to the ER on 9/18/24 at around 6am that Sunday morning. I was immediately registered, triaged, and taken to a room. The doctor and nursing staff were so patient, thorough, and helpful. Nurse Jarrod was extremely helpful and he explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Every medicine that i had to have, he explained to me why I had to have it, and what we wanted to accomplish as a result of taken it. I have never had a nurse explain without me having to ask. The oath he took as a nurse was displayed in his work ethic. Nurse Brad discharged me and picked up right where Jarrod left off. He explained my discharge instructions and then he asked me if there was anything else they could do for me? I was blown away. To know they cared beyond their job was refreshing and up lifting. I do not plan on having to visit the ER again, but if I ever do, I going to Crestwood and I want the exact same staff😂.

Excellent care, short wait time (which is a blessing cause it's always busy). Staff was very helpful. I had an anxiety attach in MRI and the tech Ms. Candice was patient and caring. My nurse was Chase who was prompt and kind and got the iv the first try. The registration staff was extremely helpful. My provider was Will McCain CRNP and he immediately took care of me by promptly evaluating me and ordering tests and medications. I will always choose Crestwood. it is an outstanding institution and a staple in my community. Thank you for the great care.

Excellent experience at Crestwood Medical Center after I fell off my horse and had some visual disturbances in my left eye. Was seen promptly and given a CT scan within 30 minutes of my arrival. Very impressed with staff and subsequent treatment/follow-up was also excellent. Would highly recommend should you ever need to visit the ER.

I went into the ER with chest pains, and I was thoroughly impressed with how fast everyone responded to my care. I felt fortunate to have such a strong clinical team surrounding me in a time when I was scared and in pain. In my case, luckily, it was not a heart attack, but the team did a great job diagnosing.

Went in with extreme abdominal pain. The staff there quickly began treatment. I v cat scan etc. the staff could not have been nicer. I appreciate their kindness I will gladly recommend them.

Triage was a little bit tense. No smiles or apparent zeal. Just doing my job. The rest of my visit CT tech, Nurse and doctor had their hands full but were superb relaxed and genteel.

Honestly I used to go to HH but my new PCP is a Crestwood affiliate, they have always scared me as they are known for being more expensive even for the insured but how I was treated in the ER on my last visit has changed my opinion, I was in a room within the hour for kidney stones, I was treated with hospitality not not as a nuisance. Offered affordable payment plan and was treated and out in the same time I would have still been sitting in the waiting room and even discarded by a rude nurse at the other place.

Even on a late Saturday night going into a early Sunday morning the staff was very professional and quick to get me in and out. My stitches were painless and I never felt uncomfortable with anything while I was a patient at crestwood.

Was a very pleasant visit for being an emergency situation. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. Explained everything that they were doing and why the tests were being ordered. Will recommend this ER to my family and friends.

Didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. Staff was great and showed much concern for my situation. I was thoroughly checked out and got resolution to my concerns. Would definitely recommend Crestwood Hospital and their ER dept to anyone in need of their type of services!

I went there around 2pm on Friday for a full bladder and blocked prostate. I was quickly checked in and taken to a room, where a catheter was inserted to drain the bladder. It only took about 30 minutes to get relief. I do not remember the name of the nurse, but the doctor was Dr. Lockette and all of the staff members were both efficient and caring. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

I was very pleased with the care that I received on both my initial and follow-up visits to Crestwood ER. I was treated promptly and I was shown courtesy and kindness by all of the hospital staff that I had contact with. My situation wasn’t a major emergency but they didn’t make me feel like I was a nuisance. I appreciate the urgent care nurse that advised me to go there.

Went in for a horrible migraine, everyone associated with Crestwood is absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility and room was super clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hospital bed! Was in and out within a few hours!!

I was concerned about my blood pressure. I was taken care of at Crestwood ER promptly and efficiently. I was quickly triaged and brought back to be checked. I felt like I was in good hands with reassuring people that knew exactly what they were doing the whole time. They were careful to make sure I had an appointment setup with my doctor and that I was in good shape before releasing me. I appreciate all of the people there working on a holiday that took care of me.

Had to go in on Memorial Day. The wait was reasonably short and the care I received was outstanding. The first stop was triage where I was quickly and efficiently diagnosed. People in that group were great.

Then moved to treatment room where PA and nurses fixed me up.

We had a fabulous nurse in the ER. Her name is Courtney D, and I would love to see her recognized for her wonderful care and concern for me. She truly is an amazing representative of what nursing should be.

No wait, great care, easy discharge process. Prescriptions and specialist referrals were input immediately, greatly reducing wait times at follow-up appointments.
Plus, they may have saved my life- so, yeah, 5 stars.
