Dr Jinda and staff are friendly and helpful to answer any questions and or concerns. I’ve never had a long wait. Dr Jindal lets the pt give input deciding on new meds or treatments.

Dr.Jindal asks questions, he listens and is professional. I've been to another endocrinologist for months BEFORE and it was a racket with little help or directions.
I was better off with web MD at the time.

This highly educated gentleman gets to the point and is clear. Doesn't rush, but is effective. I wish I found this specialist in Huntsville sooner.

Dr Jindal is very knowledgeable & knows his patient’s history in advance. Very impressed. He is straight forward & to the point which I like. Great choice so far! Staff was very sweet & timely.

Almost scared after reading reviews but I did go and everyone there are very professional thank God I didn’t listen to the negativity y’all petty not nice be kind ,Dr Jindal is very smart and take time to listen help with the problem, the front desk ladies are nice too.

We had a wonderful experience with all of the staff as well as Dr Jindal with the exception of the woman in the lab. Dr Jindal and his staff listened to us, answered questions, explained things very well. Even when I had to ask the 2nd time to make sure I understood. They did not rush our appointment and were very thorough.
As for the woman in the lab, she was short With us and harsh. And when I asked a question, she snapped at me. They took an entire hand print of my husband without explaining that first. . Or why. I am not a fan of that.

I want to thank the Endocrinologist staff for their efficiency and professionalism. And many thanks to Dr. Jindal, not only was he very knowledgeable but he also took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

4 stars because subpar social skills at bedside/impatient and one front office lady forgot -no patients, no job. Kindness goes a long way. Pro’s-he saw me as a work in, his staff relayed a message promptly and acted on it, other docs have confidence in his competence.

Have been very pleased with doctor Jindal and staff. However I have tried to call the office numerous times for many days regarding an upcoming appointment and only get menu options. No one ever answers the phone recently. Doesn't allow an option to leave a message either.

Dr. Jindal has no bedside manner. He is even rude and insulting. I left his office feeling humiliated and sad. My daughter and Granddaughter were with me. I wish he would have been kinder. Some day he will be a senior.

I’m on the fence. First visit left me feeling like he thought I was crazy. Telehealth visit was better. I told him I was used to doctors treating me like I’m a hypochondriac because I have Dysautonomia and they don’t understand it. After that, he was polite and offered further testing for my benefit and relief. Much appreciated.

Doctor or staff do not respond to portal messages, phone calls, or messages left to nurses. Would not recommend, worth the drive to Birmingham

He dismissed my concerns quickly and doesn't take time to listen. He said he would follow up with me and that's like 3 months ago and haven't heard nothing concerning another appointment or what's my next step to take concerning being on the road for better thyroid health. I would not recommend him to no one.

So cool the practitioners help patients with Type II diabetes with thyroid issues.
