Ive been going to Dr. Bobby Johnson for endocrinology needs for 5 yrs now. He has a nice demeaner and is kind. He listens. He provides good info and thanks to him my type 2 diabetes is now under control. Possibly coming off all meds this summer and controlling thru diet and healthy lifestyle. I owe my good health to Dr. Johnson.

Excellent experience every visit.
I've been a patient with Dr. Bobby Johnson since 2001; he is excellent! He has worked with me through some of my difficult Type II Diabetes challenges. Make sure to have your questions ready to ask, communicate, and he will professonly respond. His Administrative staff and especially the Nurses are equally terrific, as I've experienced over these many years through many changes in computer programs, procedures and treatment methoids. I am extremely satisfied with my treatment and look forward to a continuing positive relationship as new challenges arise.

Dr. Bobby Johnson is an amazing doctor. I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2012. The doctors around where I live at did not help me manage my diabetes. Before I started seeing Dr. Johnson I lost one child because of my diabetes issues. So when I became pregnant 6 years ago I searched and found Dr. Johnson. He was a 2 hour drive away from my home but it was well worth the drive. He kept on top of my ever changing insulin needs. I thank God for Dr. Johnson as well as the health of my son. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone that wants help controlling their diabetes. Also, several of the reviews on here are about other doctors that are not even at this facility. This facility has Dr. Bobby Johnson and Dr. Steven Cowart. I have never seen Dr. Cowart so I will not make a remark about him but Dr. Johnson is amazing!! Yes, sometimes it does take an hour after your appointment time to see the doctor but trust me it is well worth the wait. I am not kin to or friends with Dr. Johnson or any of the staff members. Totally unbiased review.

I haven't seen an endocrinologist in 13 years, don't trust them & don't need lecturing. Dr Johnson made me feel comfortable & the staff is AMAZING!! ❤

I have always had a good experience setting up & getting appointments. To start as a new patient does take too long to get started when having diabetes, that's my opion; especially if your having trouble getting regulated. Receptionist is alright, but occasionally can be unhelpful & rude about it. Not enough for me to quit seeing Dr Johnson & plz remember to tell any doc if you do not agree with the way you were treated; otherwise how will they know. You do need to ask questions. Very important. He's no mind reader as I noticed some commented on here & act like he should be. As with ANY DR you must come prepared to get an evaluation on 1st visit. This includes you writing down any questions you need to ask. AS YOU SHOULD WITH ANY DR. If you've already been diagnosed & seeing him he with re- evaluate any time & do his regular Diabetic check. He's never in 10+ yrs been rude or not explained things to me, but then again I ask questions & get answers from him as I do with any Dr or specialist. With that being said I see on here ppl commenting, but using some other docs name more than once. My advice is don't acknowledge them nor there comments cause whomever they speak of does not belong to this practice, keep that in mind. This clinic has two Endocrinologist 1) Dr Bobby Johnson & 2) Dr Steven Cowart. My preference is Jonson. His Nurses are wonderful & seem happy to answer questions & knowledgeable. Getting a pump trainer took too long for me ( This last time) but then I was out of state & when I returned home the pandemic had already hit. However I was able to call & get answers through his nurse who worked with Dr Johnson to get the right answers. I am type 1 Diabetic & know this, I am not an employee nor am I friends with any of the employees. So, this is my unbiased REAL EXPERIENCE . BTW I WISH THEY WOULD DELETE THE OPINIONS ON HERE THAT ARE FOR OTHER DOCS CLINICS.. t

Excellent experience been a patient here for many yrs now. Tried one closer. None compare. I am now on an insulin pump for a year now, with pretty good results. Nurses are equally terrific. Front desk receptionists are doing better. Thanks for that Doc.

Everyone was professional. I felt that Dr. Johnson was genuinely concerned. He listened and gave me a chance to ask questions.

I want to express my disappointment and dismay with this practice. We were given a "new patient/initial" appointment MONTHS ago...they called my husband (the patient) and offered Monday, 7.3.2023. My husband asked 3 TIMES during the conversation with the scheduler if they would be open that day. He was assured yes, they were only taking off on Tuesday, July 4th. We received the new patient paperwork via mail and again, it stated 7/3/2023. We drove 1.5 hours from our home in TN through thunderstorms for this appointment, we did not want to cancel since we'd waited so long...even though my husband was only 6 days post-op from a major neck surgery. We arrived, the guard told us he thought they were closed. We went up and sure enough, door locked and a sign on the door stating they were closed on the 3rd and 4th. No communication on this or the need to reschedule. Others were there for appointments with him too. SO FRUSTRATING! You don't do this to patients!

Dr. E WOODE is a in and out doctor . No care doesn't even know his prescriptions. It don't matter how you feel it's what the test says get a second opinion he has no care. UPDATE: be careful if you miss a visit it will cost you 100 dollars. He forwards any bill to a collection. What a scamer. People like him nee to be hanging

I’m a type one diabetic. I need my insulin to live on a day to day basis. This office set me up with a pump to better manage my disease but took a full year to train me on it before I could use it. They never answer the phone, ever! I’ve tried to call to make appointments and leave 50 or 60 messages before getting a response by calling one of the other offices and getting transferred. I’ve run out of insulin but they won’t take pharmacy calls, they won’t take my calls. I have to go to a clinic to get a prescription. This is the worst endo office I have ever seen and they don’t even care.

The most pitiful Endocrinologist that I’ve ever been too. My General Practitioner took me off of a diabetic drug because of bad side effects. When I saw Dr. Jundal, he wanted me to continue this dangerous drug. I refused and asked for something else and he told me he wouldn’t prescribe anything else. He was extremely rude and was verbally pushing me around. I told him to go to hell and walked out in tears. Then I had to pay 5.00 to park in that garage with no reimbursement. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN. HE’S VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMEN!!!

This was one of the most frustrating and worst experiences with a doctor I have had. I do not recommend Dr Johnson or any other physician associated with this place. I showed up 30 minutes early for a new patient appt and they didn't have me down on their schedule even though I confirmed my appt with them 3 days before. I waited 2 hrs before I was finally called back and then no one even asked me what I was there for. When Dr Johnson came in he didn't ask me what issues I was having, he had zero personality, and acted as though he could care less. I had to initiate the conversation about my symptoms, which is pcos and hormone imbalances but because I have my period every month he tells me it's not pcos and no hormone imbalance. I've had 3 other doctors confirm over several years it is pcos, but based on my having regular periods he says it's not, nor is anything else wrong. He never did blood tests or any other type of testing to even check. So there was nothing he would do for me. I walked out of there so frustrated and angry because this incompetent uncaring "doctor" tries to tell me the complete opposite of what several other doctors have already confirmed. Dr Johnson is incompetent, enept, and a know it all quack who could care less about the health or well being of his patients. I advise everyone to stay away from this doctor and organization, and find one who actually knows what they are doing and talking about!

Dr. Jindal is a joke. Worst level of unprofessionalism I have ever encountered in a medical facility. Was there via referral to test my hormone levels and instead he came up to me and pushed on my stomach and said "You know you need to lose weight, right?". On top of that, he had me schedule labs at a facility that couldn't even do them so I had to reschedule and he added more tests on my orders without consulting me first. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
