Diabetes and Endocrine Wellness Center

Dr. Woode is a wonderful doctor. I just relocated to Huntsville and was looking for an Endocrinologist. From the moment I got to clinic, I was welcomed with a huge smile by his staff. Dr Woode took the time to listen to me, answered all of my questions, and provided all the care I needed. He is patient, caring, and very knowledgeable. His staff is wonderful as well! I’m looking forward to my follow up!

I have been coming to this office for years. Honestly, the staff are very kind and understanding and try to work with you on the situations or appointments you are trying to get addressed. I would highly recommend them to any diabetic I know. They do tend to be very busy and do not have the best flexibility with appointments but for emergencies they have really worked to try and squeeze me in.

Smart and personable doctor. Sure you have to sometimes wait a little at times, but once you are with him you are not rushed, and get to ask what questions you need.

Never an issue. Staff is always helpful. Dr. always explains everything to my understanding. They owe me money, for over a year.

I’m given Dr.Woode 3 stars right now.After being under Dr. Woode’s care for 3 years I have made the decision to depart ways. Dr.has repeatedly refuse to give me the attention needed as my doctor to treat my diabetes and any associated complications.He doesn’t want to do foot checks ,he doesn’t encourage to follow on prescriptions. It appears he only wants to push the sell of his CBD products. Sadly disappointed 😔

My last post was delete. This place is a joke. They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER return your calls after you leave MULTIPLE voicemails. Then they charge a fee if you don’t make your appointment. Well, if they would answer the phone or return your phone call then you could reschedule or cancel your appointment. They want you to login into their DIFFICULT patient portal to send a message in order for a reply. But what about their not so tech patients, what are they supposed to do? You all should be available through ALL communications, not just a portal. That is inconvenient.

Then if you do go here, be beware of your time. You will wait 1 hour and half to get call back to see the doctor after your original appointment time. Don’t waste your time. I will be finding another specialist. This place is ridiculous.
