Very positive experience working with Sarah Shepard (and her team) and highly recommend her. My mother and I recently moved to the Huntsville area from Ohio and she helped us to update our wills (and trust), powers of attorney, and health care directives. The process was very efficient (largely electronic) and completed timely and at a reasonable cost. Our estate planning experience with Sarah and her team was outstanding. Sarah did a great job explaining our options, and made very helpful recommendations. We didn't fully understand what would fall under probate and what could be simply handled by beneficiary designations. Sarah took the time to help us navigate the process handling in person via phone call explanations and clarifications.
Once we completed our portion of the process, Sarah had our documents ready to review and sign in short order. Fees were very reasonable. We are happy that we worked with Sarah Shepard to get our estate planning project completed!
