Talons Clubhouse Restaurant

Went here brunch and ordered the two eggs breakfast with cheese grits and two pieces of bacon. Very standard but still very delicious. The service was outstanding as two waitresses were kinda of tag teaming the area to make sure everyone was happy. The atmosphere might be loud for some people because of the golfers talking about their round or the round about to be played. Had no problem with that at all. I would definitely recommend this place for brunch or dinner as well as a birthday party or any event. Had a sweet 16 party there in October, and it went off without a problem. I'm definitely going back soon!!

Live nearby and want a nice outdoor eating option other than “that seafood joint” on the river? Yep, this is the place I choose for sure. Outdoor seating isn’t too bad even on a summer day. A glorious view of the well manicured golf course. We usually get there as soon as they open instead of the heat of the day. They have a decent selection of beer and any mixed drink you desire. They have daily specials that I always recommend trying since their cooks have nailed it for me every time. This day I had the country fried steak sandwich. It is a slice of their prime rib, breaded and fried to perfection. Their restroom is the equivalent of a day spa and staff maintain the cleanliness of this place every time I have visited. Wait staff are very friendly and attentive no matter how busy they are.

We had a great time! There were 15 in our party. Food and service were excellent. It was a Friday evening, the atmosphere was fun, a little loud, but did not interrupt our experience.

It had been a few years since I last chose Talons. Forgot what I was missing! Beer is cold and the food is excellent. Saturday I met some friends there and had a couple Dukes and a chicken & bacon quesadilla with garlic-parm fries. Enjoyed it so much my daughter and I tried to go back two evenings later only to be disappointed we forgot they are closed on Mondays. Will be back again soon.

Always enjoy stopping by my old neighborhood golf clubhouse for lunch when passing through town.

Food was amazing but waitress left something to be desired...I know everyone has off days but she to our table twice once to take our order and once to bring us the bill

Had a St. Patty's day lunch before heading over for a round. Got the club + a green beer out on the patio. Food was fast and delish, our waitress was attentive and super friendly. Had a great experience

Celebrated my oldest son's birthday dinner here. He tried the burger challenge, sadly he only had a few bites left. It was a great time and the staff was excellent.

My daughter lives in Eagle Harbor, so whenever I come for a visit (or stay for a deployment), one of my first stops is Talons. The 5 stars is attributed to: 1. Jim & Madison are great behind the bar; 2. Chicken Quesadillas 😋; and 3. The friendly and pleasant atmosphere of the bar and restaurant. Keep up the great work!

Great place for group gatherings. Had a salad topped with salmon cooked perfectly.

Talons went through a change in Management earlier this year and the results were almost immediate. Residents, members and Staff appear so much happier as a result. It is evident that management cares for the community and all that dine and play. Whether it's drinks or snacks after golf, dinner with family and friends or watching sports (especially football), Talons has evolved into the place to be in Fleming Island. It's alive again, thanks to the entire Talon's team and staff.

My family and I love this place. Great atmosphere and great service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The menu is pretty limited but it is great for a clubhouse. They bring in a chef from time to time for specials which are usually delicious. I've only had one not so great experience with one of the specials and it wasn't even "bad". They're so friendly and accommodating there that if I would have said something, I'm sure they would have made it right.

This place has sunk to the lowest possible place. They close early for no reason - even kicking people out in the middle of the Masters tournament. They block fire exits. The food is overpriced. Bad management. Staff is still forced to wear masks and is miserable. Let this place collapse and rebuild.

Update: New management, and this place has turned itself around. Previous management was horrible. Took a while, but they have rebuilt!

We enjoyed our Sunday brunch! Delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. We sat outside; the weather was perfect!

Love the outdoor patio area...the service was awesome and my salmon was absolutely fantastic...very impressed with my overall experience.

A friend and I had dinner at Talon's last night. We sat outside under the covered area and we were promptly greeted by our waitress and provided menus. We ordered our drinks and they came to the table quickly and were perfect. We each ordered a salad for dinner. Mine was a blackened salmon Caesar Salad and it was really good! My friend had the Power Salad with grilled salmon and she said it was really good too. I will be back!

Had a great time chatting with local golfer Jack. Maddie gave excellent service and I do plan on being back for another Power Salad

Most relaxing, enjoyable dining around. Very friendly staff and great food. Never feel rushed.
