Had a severe allergic reaction and needed to be seen. This was the day after a hurricane went through town. The clinic did not have power but the team there wouldn’t be stopped. They checked everyone in by paper and conducted exams by lantern light. They stayed focused on what could be done not on what they didn’t have. They were kind, positive, and extremely helpful. So glad we have this clinic and the amazing team who shows up everyday to help others. Thank you.

We had the best experience. Linda and her assistant was awesome. Their bedside manner was the best. They treated my daughter with so much compassion. That's hard to find these days. I wish I could keep these two ladies for all of her appointments. Highly recommend coming here.

Best experience ever. Very professional. Went in with a cold and cough. Was completely examined from every side. Head and chest and X-ray. Given shot and antibiotics. Very sweet and caring staff. Thanks Brooke and Jamie!!

My son was visiting from South Florida and had a medical issue, I check online and was suggested Main Street Family Urgent care. The nurse and Dr. were very welcoming and made my son feel very comfortable. Dr was very thorough, pleasant and forthcoming. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Both the nurse & the doctor were amazing. I had a huge hematoma on my right hip. They were soft & gentle with every step of the way. They made sure I understood everything with the amount of pain I was in. They answered all my questions even if I repeated myself with no hesitation & tremendous kindness. They took their time. I highly recommend their service.

Registered at home with a 30 minute wait time. Just enough time to get dressed and get there. Staff and doctor were friendly and efficient. Xray showed phenomena, got a super shot and prescription called in. I might have been there an hour...I would highly recommend going there!

We got there around 6:30 pm and even though it was later in the day they still got us in pretty quickly and there were only two people in front of us. I forgot my phone at home and they were still able to get me checked in, no problem. They were extremely nice and professional!! They listened to everything and helped me with an infected finger. We will absolutely go back to them if we ever need to! I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Today was my first visit to MFC. I usually don’t go to the doctors much unless because I hate all he paperwork and waiting to see the doctor. Well, I’m here to say this was nothing like that. Sign in was quick and easy. My wait time was only about 15 minutes. I’m sure at certain times it might take longer. The place is very clean and there is also free coffee and water if you need it. The staff were all very friendly, caring and knowledgeable, which goes a long way when you’re not feeling so well. The doctor gave me a few test right away to help put my mind at ease. She gave me a care plan and I was soon on my way knowing that I would be back to my normal self in no time. I will continue to make this my first stop with any future medical issues. I would highly recommend anyone do the same.

The care received was wonderful! Brooks is so smart, caring and personal. I did not get the medical assistance name but she, too, was caring and kind. So happy to have them in our community!

This was probably one of the best medical places I’ve been to in a long time, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My prescriptions were available almost immediately at the pharmacy. I really like the fact you check in from home and they notify you that your appointment is ready I waited approximately 30 minutes when I got there. I would definitely highly recommend them..They also let me go home and wait on my radiology results.

I absolutely love the shift of ladies that we always get to see! Best clinical staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! They are super attentive and thorough!

Checked in online. Told me to be there in 30 minutes. Sat in waiting room maybe 5 minutes. Everyone was so sweet and professional. They really care!! Was in and out in less than 45 minutes including X-rays and testing. So glad I went to Main Street instead of going to Jacksonville.

Best medical experience I've had. Nice facility, friendly staff, and the doctor was focused on my care not how fast she could get me in and out. Exceptional!

I was sick and could not get I to my doctor. Made an apt online and was seen with in 30 min and I was seen, X-rayed, giving a breathing treatment, three shots in the bottom, to speed the healing, and out the door with doctors note with in 45 min. They did a great job.

My experience was amazing. Arrived shortly before closing. Everyone was super friendly. They repeatedly reassured me that they were going to take care of me. They diagnosed my issue within minutes and had a prescription immediately sent to the pharmacy. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

The first time I tried Urgent care in Macclenny FL around February 2024 I was very unhappy trying to register at their location on the kiosk and was unable to get assistance from anyone. But today I registered online at home before going to the location and found it much easier to get an appointment. The only problem I had was trying to upload my driver's license online but I after taking a photo and cropping it I was successful.
The personnel at the Macclenny FL Urgent Care were very caring and super great!! I was very pleased with t their caring attitude and thoroughness in my care..

The front desk clerk who checked me in, the medical assistant who did my vitals and gave me shots, and the nurse practitioner were very friendly and listened to my concern of my health problem. They took care of me and I’m praying I heal fast! This is my first time going and I was very pleased with how clean the whole place is. I’m so glad we have an urgent care here in my town so I don’t have to drive to my doctors in Fleming Island. Thank you!

The drs and staff were 10/10 we are visiting form out of town they took the time listened and helped my son. We are very thankful for there services. Could not believe how affordable and wonderful they were
