The conceptual design considered all the wants for the project, and they provided valuable additional recommendations. Meetings were well planned and on time. Response to requests was completed in a very timely manner. Communication through email, text, and phone was excellent. I wanted to build my dream home and Tom and Amanda Lanuto came highly recommended by my contractor. Amanda was super accommodating and listened to all my items on my wishlist and took detailed notes during our first meeting. Plans were designed and my dream home was becoming a reality. After a few revisions my plans were complete and submitted for Township approval.

The design they provided was so great and exactly like i imagined. This couple is super talented and I’m so happy i got to do business with them.

Amanda and Tom are great! Both are very knowledgeable and were great to work with. The plans they did for us sailed through the permit process... not a single issue. They are extremely responsive and they probably saved us four or five months with our schedule not to mention the final design looks beautiful. I highly recommend them.
