First time visit seeking to alleviate pain from chronic sciatica, as well as muscle soreness in my back and shoulders. Kristin was very professional and knowledgeable, carefully explaining the body mechanics associated my discomfort, and explaining in detail how she was addressing these concerns as she proceeded.
At the end of our session, I was in far less discomfort, and experienced minimal soreness afterwards. Kristin also demonstrated some stretching exercises to use before and after workouts .
I highly recommend Kristin, and look forward to my next appointment with her.

Kristin was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my entire session with her. Through the small but mighty network of practitioners certified in lymphatic massage, and other related holistic practices, I by chance found Kristin’s practice online. Normally I’m in awe of these practices from afar remotely appreciating their educational resources made available online, but I was immediately struck by the location of Kristin’s practice in Manahawkin and the realization of how close it was to where I regularly make my annual summer pilgrimage to the Jersey shore. For once, this meant I had found someone who I actually had a chance of meeting in person and experiencing their practice. Kristin is awesome, her over 20 years of experience was immediately noticeable. Although I regularly get lymphatic massage therapy in my home city with another long time practitioner - I could feel the subtle difference in technique as she helped clear lymphatic congestion in areas that receive less attention in my regular sessions. I absolutely recommend Kristin for her lymphatic drainage massages, but can tell that her other offerings are also going to be of a top notch caliber based on her intuitive experienced touch and attentive communication style.

Kristin has an amazing gift! It's more than massage, it's body healing. As a science & medical spa knowledge lover myself, I instantly connected with her. I honestly talked to her through my whole massage which I never do, usually it annoys me because the therapist wont be focusing on the service, but she stayed consistent with her pressure and movement the entire time we talked while also giving me periods of silence to breathe and let go, her hands just knew where my pain & spasm areas were which was so freeing.

Now heres the winner, I live in chronic pain & I have 4 herniated discs and usually a massage is hard to get off the table from & you cant expect magic results from one trearment, but I actually felt relieved & sooooo good getting up, like a new person from just one treatment. Expectations exceeded!
