Downtown Express YMCA

Place excellent. Clean and good staff. One comment for management. There is one parking space for handicap and most of the time is used by YMCA Employee... This space for us.... Today I sow your desk employee at 10 am parking her car in the space.. this is a shame

Went here during lunch while I was serving on a grand jury in the district court. They have what you need to lift and do cardio. Solid place with a really nice staff.

This is gym is the best I've been to. There are sweet-spots of time where there are very few people. This gym is very intimate with a great aesthetic and a view out into Big Spring Park. The locker rooms and showers are almost always clean. There is quite a bit packed into this somewhat small gym. You can find most machines you want to use and there are plenty of treadmills and ellipticals.

I would recommend this gym. Great setting, great staff, great location.

My past encounter with the YMCA downtown was the best. You can work out and they have a sitting area for the kids.

Such wonderful staff. The facility is top notch - all new equipment. For the Express YMCA in town, they still offer quite a few classes throughout the day. If you have a suggestion, write on a comment card, they'll listen :) many unique, fun challenges throughout the year to keep you excited about coming to the gym. Great environment!

I come in the morning around 6:30, there is always an elliptical open for me to use. It seems like the perfect time to come. The front desk guy is always very cheerful and the building is clean. I have no complaints.

Our favorite YMCA to workout at. Very clean. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. A good selection of equipment (even for being express), a designated parking lot (even in the middle of downtown). Best gym for prices & services offered!

Staff is nice, equipment and facility is always clean. Convenient to workout during or after work, if you’re in the vicinity of this location.

For those working in Downtown Huntsville this is exactly the gym you need. Convenient, equipped, clean, and friendly. Had a great sign up experience with Raye. High marks overall.

Nice facility, a bit crowded at some parts of day, but it is what it is. Was in town for work, national member, no issues.

I love going to this YMCA. Not a lot of space but they make it work. It’s never really packed during peak hours. After your workout is very convenient to take a walk or run around the park.

Friendly staff, equipment was updated recently, and facilities are always clean. It's a smaller location so no pool but very convenient. Still has a sauna and steam room.

Very nice YMCA This is an express location, so it's not as complex as the ordinary YMCA but still has a lot of equipment and is very clean. Comfortable and modern.

Love working there Love teaching there The yoga community there is fabulous 20 to 30 people every class everybody's friendly and talks to each other after class it's a great yoga community!
