While we had a lot of unknowns, she was super knowledgeable about the process of selling our parents estate home. Her communication along the way was the best part!! Consistent and concise updates from start to finish. And the marketing she and her team delivered were great. Anne McCabe of McCabe Reality represented us in the sale of our approximately 9-acre property in Nassau County Fl. We worked with Krista Jones to help us find our retirement home. Since we were on the opposite side of the US from her we relied on her expertice and local knowledge to help us find that home. She did a great job and found us the perfect home. Then after a few years we had the need to move back to the west coast due to family matters. We again turned to Krista to help us sell the home in Florida. She made the process very pleasant for us. If circumstances change and we are able to move back to Florida in the future we will again turn to Krista for her assistance.

Having worked with McCabe Realty in providing Home Inspections for many homes it is apparent all of their agents are well trained, honest and professional. They always want the inspection to be thorough and comprehensive, revealing all defects to the client. Furthermore, they know how to handle any defects which are identified.
