La Nopalera

Our server was Selena. She was amazing, very knowledgeable of the food they serve. She even explained how it was done and the ingredients. More than excellent service by our server. The food tested great, was plenty, and was very affordable. I was surprised by that, too.

We visited yesterday, their service was fast, and our waitress was super friendly and attentive. We ordered their "Fried Chimichangas dinner combo" and an order of "Birria tacos." The food was delicious. They offered complementary chips and salsa. Prices were reasonable. Ohhh, and let's not forget the happy hour margaritas special . I'm looking forward to my next dinner at The Nopalera @Oakleaf 😋 🌮🥩🫘🍚🍹

The food was good. The server was a bit absent, but overall it was a good experience.

So I didn't sit to eat just picked up. But had a good experience. La N employee was friendly. Food was ready quickly and tasted great. An I had no idea that La N has a taco Tuesday deal. For $6.45 you get three tacos with a fair amount of ingredients with chips and salsa. I would say much better than what taco bell offers. Taco bell has fallen with how much ingredients they use. Your almost just eating a wrap or just a hard she'll. An on top of that there prices are getting ridiculous. Especially with how much ingredients they use. I'll definitely be making La N my taco Tuesday stop from now on. Give em a try and I'm sure you'll have a good experience as well.

I’ve been eating a La Nopalera before they even had more than one restaurant. This location is great. Food is always delicious and service is fast. I also dig the decor. It’s neat to look at while you are waiting for your food and are munchin on some chips and salsa. I always order queso too because you have to have queso! It’s so good and hard not to fill up on before you get your food.

A very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. Service was awesome food and drinks 🍸 were awesome, the atmosphere was awesome. Me and my daughter's ate outside on the patio. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was my first time going but my daughter's have been there often and speak very highly of the restaurant.

Welcome greeting received upon entering the restaurant. Promptly seated. Service was friendly and quick. The food was hot and delicious. My brother had recommended this location to me previously. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I moved to oakleaf a few months ago. I go here at least once a week. I love the food and service. This is the best Mexican cuisine I’ve found so far.

They make great drinks and great taco Tuesday. You must go for two big large tacos. Different choices in the meat rave and beans for very low price. Highly recommended. If you in Florida and Jacksonville you must go .

I have 0 complaints about the taste of the food. I ordered a burrito special with Mexican Chili on top. Wife and my oldest got Tacos with 0 complaints across the board...I will say, $14 dollars for 3 tacos seems a bit aggressive when you can get 2 burritos for $11. Works out for me as I prefer the burritos but I understand how others can be pushed away by that.

This is a chain of restaurants owned by two brothers, if memory serves correct: Orange Park, Durbin, Julington Creek, etc., We’ve been to several of them. We haven’t been to this particular location because of the bad reviews, but honestly, this was the best Mexican food (for the price range) and service I’ve had since moving to Florida! All of our food looked and tasted ammmmazing, and the server Christian was very kind, attentive, and provided extra information about the menu. He immediately brought out two baskets of chips and two salsas with cheese dip in the middle (hate reaching across the table) Christian noticed drink refills. They served food in order of outward recipients (again, no reaching). Those small details matter!!!! The shrimp was ammmmmazing. This Mexican food reminds me more of Texas-Style, little kick of spice and tons of butter. Delicious! 10/10; Ignore the reviews. They’ve got it together right now. Thanks, Christian!🍤🌮🌮❤

FOOD WAS GREAT!! Service was fantastic Anna served us and was prompt and had a great attitude 10/10 will come again.

Got the #9 combo I believe (2 tacos, rice and beans). Asked for the tacos to be chi Ken as I don't eat beef but they brought out beef tacos, when I addressed it they very quickly brought me out chicken tacos, immediately fixed the mistake and we went out our way. Service was very good, not a long wait at all! And the chicken was so juicy and tender and flavorful, tasted just like my tia makes. My date had the tacos al pastor and they said the meat was super tender and delicious.

Very nice loved the service everything was perfect. Jessenia is very nice and always checking if we needed anything amazing waitress will recommend.

I love Mexican food in general, but this was surpassing my expectations! I love the food here, will go again.

I got parmesan cheese on my beans.... Was still good. They had an issue with inventory coming in and didn't even have napkins.

I’ve eaten here half a dozen times and each time is better than the last. The last time was about 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I had enchiladas, rice, and beans. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly, as usual, and the atmosphere was delightful. Our table was clean and our food came out fast and piping hot! I tried a new cocktail, a watermelon mojito and it was FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try! It will not disappoint!!!

Sebastian was our server and he was super kind, we appreciated his service. The atmosphere was nice too.

Nice location. I have been to several around town and this one is nice. The service was really good. We had a great server. Sadly, I didn't capture pictures, but the food was really good too.
