Peterbrooke Chocolatier Oakleaf

Came in and these ladies were absolutely lovely! They helped me custom make a birthday bin for my fiancé with no complaints. They actually got excited to swap out some chocolates and treats and rebuild it. They were so sweet the whole time and made sure we picked out stuff that he likes and I even kept the milk chocolate treats that we pulled from the main bucket for myself! The store was very clean and organized even after the holiday rushes nearly wiped them out. I will definitely be coming back here to this location In the near future!

Wonderful confectionery!! Helpful and kind staff. They have a time you can bring kids in and show them how to decorate with their very tasty chocolate! It's held in the summer, and my granddaughters had so much fum!! Worth every penny!! Don't forget to get a box of their chocolate covered strawberries!!! Best ever😄

Cheryl, the owner of this franchise, was so sweet and helpful. I only wanted a small portion of gelato, because I was about to have dinner. She was so warm and inviting I ended up with chocolate covered pretzels and came back after I got my food for a box of chocolate covered strawberries. I wish I was dealing with an employee so I can call and rave, but I came here to add some stars for the wonderful time spent here.

I was referred to this specific Peterbrooke Chocolatier location for Mother’s Day because of their family business reputation. When I arrived I found a family run business with the family making chocolate covered strawberries. I was asked if I would like a box of chocolate covered strawberries for around $15 dollars, and of course I said yes. I looked around and found the most wonderful Mother’s Day basket of assorted chocolates including a chocolate rose and a small Mother’s Day balloon inside. They were extremely nice and professional and when I went to pay for the basket they gave me the chocolate covered strawberries for FREE. WOW! This place lives up to their reputation and really cares about making this Peterbrooke Chocolatier location the best in all of North Florida. It is worth driving out of your way if you have to. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you so much for the wonderful chocolates and family experience!

The owner is so nice and friendly. This little chocolate kingdom is cute with a great selection of sweets. GO HERE for gifts!! Their chocolate covered popcorn, wine and strawberries are A+.

Best place to go for all of your sweet-tooth needs. They've got a ton of selections that are great for you or as a gift for a friend or family member, plus they'll cover anything in chocolate if you bring it to them!! This is one of the more local, "homely" Peterbrooke's in the Jax area and I'm so happy they're near me! Also, whenever they have the mango frozen treat (I'm unsure if it's ice cream, but it's damn good either way) it is my absolute favorite thing to get!

We always come to this location! It’s our favorite. I’ve tried a few different locations around town, but the chocolate is the most fresh here. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We just love it here.

Always a pleasure to visit Peterbrookes! They have a program (points) when you buy chocolate, then they add up to free chocolate after awhile. What a nice surprise tiday to get a free 6 oz chocolate covered popcorn - yum. Also bought dark chocolate rocky road and milk chocolate pretzel pals. Their delicious chocolate treats are handmade and a special treat anytime you're lucky enough to get them. A good variety in white, milk or dark chocolate - whatever your favorite. Whenever you see a Peterbrookes stop in to enjoy a treat.

My husband and I went to the location in Oakleaf for a private dipping session and it was AMAZING!!!! Tracey, the owners sister, was our instructor and she was so nice and lovable. I recommend everyone go to this location and do the private dipping session. And please, request Tracey!

You walk in and you ate completely amazing. So pretty. Great customer service, great candy and amazing milkshakes! If you have the chance to go, do it.

This place is wonderful!! I've been obsessed with Peterbrooke since like 3rd grade and it's become a family tradition to buy a bunch of the chocolate-covered popcorn near ones graduation (current situation). Peterbrooke's chocolate is perfection!!

The sweetest employees ever. If there is something in particular you're looking for, and they don't have it. They offer to make it and have it ready within a reasonable time. Best chocolate is of course a bonus (:

I drive an extra 15 minutes just to shop and visit with Cheryl, the owner of the shop. She has created a family friendly store full of delicious treats!

Locally owned and operated always friendly, finally Jacksonville knows what Gelato is.
Don't forget Chocolate covered Popcorn and my favorite Chocolate covered Graham crackers. Mmmmmm

BEST Customer service...The owner & her manager were so helpful..both girls made me a custom basket 3xs for my sister( who by the way loves there store) while I was staying in Florida looking for a place, funds were low but she made me BEAUTIFUL FULL Baskets that looked like I spent a lot..I and my sister were so impressed!!..

The staff is always so sweet and helpful. All the chocolate is delicious (of course) but their hazelnut gelato is the best.
