BMW of Meridian Service

BMW of Meridian has taken great care of me since moving to the area. I trusted them with my M3, and when time came traded into them, and picked up my CPO x3 M40i. The sales staff is top notch, and the service department is the only one I trust in the area. If you have a BMW, or are looking to get into a BMW, the folks at BMW of Meridian will take amazing care of you from start to finish.

I have had nothing less than Amazing service since day one. From the moment I walk in the door until I exit, every one that I come in contact with is more than pleasant to either greet you or service you. I have never experienced a visit where either one of the reps were in a foul mood or was unpleasant to give good service.
The waiting time has never been unreasonable but if there will be a delay I’m always given notice ahead of time.
My vehicle is always running super when it’s returned to me and the service department has cleaned it up, inside and out, immaculately.
So, with that being said, BMW of Meridian is number one with me.

Part which was replaced should be a recall by BMW as it is a common issue and reflects poorly on BMW as a whole. Service department was great with Wyatt and Lonnie(Ronnie). Both professional and clear.

I love BMW of Meridian. but I'm still highly pee off about my newly replaced windshield, that was not cracked ,before one of the technicians came and pick up my car. However as they drove it back to Meridian BMW, it got cracked, so wasn't their fault., I was told. so yeah I'm still Pee off every time I look at my WINDSHIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First visit and the service was awesome! My only negative is that the customer waiting area needs some cleaning attention.
