Delivery Driver is very Rude. I was very polite & ask a question she ignored me then gave me my package. Also not sure why my package was sent to another part of town which is weird but overall I never really had any issues but customer service has attitudes which they need to be careful with.

Clerk rude!!!!! Closed while I was approaching at 4:29 and said we're closed. We close at 4:30. I said it's 4:29 all I need is a money order. She said we're closed and walked to the back. The people here are rude and lazy... and this is putting it politely

January 25th at 4:15pm was the time I walked in.The black girl at the counter was very rude. Yall need to hire better ppl.

Poor customer service - very unconcerned about important lost mail - my bank statement. Only would give me my carrier's first name - claimed he did not know her last name and he works with her every day. Informed delivery said the letter should have been delivered a week ago.

My girlfriend mailed me my keys from Huntsville, Tx Tuesday, March 15, today is March 18 and nothing in the mail. Tracking the evelope it says it went from Huntsville to Houston then Dallas. For those who don't know Huntsville is between Houston and Dallas. So a day wasted on that. Today is the expected arrivial date for the package. The package arrived in Meridian today at 9:30 am and they don't open until 10 am. It being almost 4 in the afternoon that is plenty of time to deliver an envelope. When I called to ask about the envelope a lady answered the phone laughing at what I assume an office joke and after I asked about the package and told her the time it arrived this morning said that wouldn't be delivered until 4:30 the next morning. This is their "premium" delivery service. I will be sticking with Fedex or UPS from now on.

I mailed a get well card to a hospital in Meridian Ms. From Meridian Ms. Friday today is Thursday she just got it!!! Almost a week for letter to go 3 miles!!

Horrible customer service, that lady was no help, rude, lazy and I was downright appalled at her lack of customer service skills

Worst customer service ever , waited in phone for 1 hr 40 mins the rep seems like he just woke up or high. Missing packages all the time!

Terrible staff- tried to act like I was dumb for asking for confirmation for my $400 packages.
