New South Ford Service

Was treated very disrespectfully, mainly by Steve, the head of the service center.. Paid $1500 dollars to drive off with a transmission linkage cable hooked up wrong and a messed up transmission. There were also marks that appeared to me too be file marks, fresh and and free of dirt, on the cooling fins on the radiator that caused all the coolant to leak out. Had to buy a whole new radiator. Didn't make it more than 1 Mike away from New South Ford before my transmission failed. Had to pay $3500 to get my grandson rebuilt. Will never go back. I will pay to tow all the way to Philadelphia before ever going back. Tried to talk to them to make them do right and got ignored, hung up on, and verbally attacked. If an auto repair shop says you are good to drive off and something is fixed, I believe that they should have to be liable and not able to lie and cheat me like they did.

Absolutely terrible place. No honor or integrity.
