an absolute NIGHTMARE . These people promised me multiple times they would find the correct filter and install it. They lied and lied and lied, they said I could go for free to another TA who would do it. Another lie. I drove hundreds of miles out of my way to come back to their location where they promised to do it again and again they lied. then they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by telling me the part number so I could buy it on my own and install it myself. Unbelievable. This is after charging me nearly $400 for a job they refused to complete. This business should be shut down.

Night shift is very lazy and they did oil change but didn’t change the water separator filter

Many pumps broken, doesn’t take payment at the pumps and stu Pid cashier JaN doesn’t know how to take the payment or maybe she is new

Unbelievable they made me wait an hour in front of their bay just to tell me they dont know when their mechanics coming, meanwhile theres 3 technicians cracking jokes sitting on their phones doing absolutely nothing

If I can give 0 stars I would do that. Told us that we have a problem with a protective valve which was a couple hundred dollars. Next morning they said it's not a protective valve its an abs valve and 3 brake chambers. Price $2800. They changed it and called me to inform that they didn't resolve the problem. They will have to change a protective valve (😂😂😂). They called shops around to see what might be a problem. Bunch of idiots.

This ridiculous shop should be clear if they are a bicycle repair shop or heavy duty shop because I call for a road service I broke down on 59 about 14 miles away after a purchased fuel here, my plastic heater core fitting hose brake off in my MX-13, so I lost all my coolant, they refused to help me out just because the mechanic didn't want to work. I will make sure never buy even a candy for this ridiculous place, This shop don't even worth a penny.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY CALLING THEM

Completely incompetent, rude, argumentative. Over simply needing a trailer tire put on.
Them: what size..A STANDARD TRAILER TIRE ..oh but what size IDK A STANDARD TRAILER TIRE 😳 need to know what kind.... a standard tire i have a spare...oh u need it mounted well thats not what you said. It was in fact what i said. The WHOLE ENTIRE conversation was like this.

I broke down in their parking lot.... engine check truck won't start. I was told it's out of their knowledge won't even do a diagnostic.

32 minutes to schedule a simple road service, ridiculous

I was told waiting is about 2 hours, 7 hours later still waiting to get in the shop.

I would give 0 if possible. Terrible shop, don’t respect anyones time.
