Fernando has been the best. He helped from the beginning and answered any and all questions regarding the time of day including days he was off. He would get back with me with answers to anything that was asked. He went the extra step to communicate between the bank and myself to make sure everything was going smooth. Took the time to help find the best insurance prices so it was one less thing I had to deal with. I would highly recommend Fernando and the staff for all manufactured homes. Thank you all for being the best at what you do and making this process so smooth and easy for my first time purchasing.

The folks I spoke with here helped me learn more about the process of buying a manufactured home than any other resource I encountered during the process. I ended up buying a home from a different dealer and doing a great deal of the legwork myself to arrive at better price point, but insights gleaned from talking to the folks here made that possible. The unit I purchased was a lot model so it was basically an inventory fluke that led me to go with the other dealer, and the folks here were kind enough to check their statewide inventory to make sure they couldn't give me a better offer. If you're not willing to get elbows deep in the process of finding a contractor for a pad and playing the banks I highly recommend these folks.

Brianna was extremely helpful to us during this process. She was extremely professional, she could answer every question asked during our visit, and was quick to repsond to calls and texts. We appreciate her help so much with purchasing our first home! Brent was awesome during the closing. He explained everything, answered any questions we had, and gave great advice!

Very smooth process Brant was our salesman and helped every step of the way. I can be very picky and blunt about things, and he still brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. As for the other associates that works there all pitched in and helped us even Katelyn when i would call in she would make sure things got handled when brant was busy helping other customers out. Everyone goes above and beyond to help you and make buying a home less stressful, they all fight to make things happen for you.
