5 stars!!! This group did everything in their power to get us our home! Luke has been extremely helpful through this whole process and even drove 3 hrs to us to sign closing documents. I highly recommend these guys if you need a manufactured home!

When I walked into the office at Town and Country Homes the first thing I noticed was the big, clean, open waiting area. A realtor greeted me and asked if he could help with anything. I told him I had an appointment with Caleb and he walked me back to Caleb's office.

Caleb was very polite, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, and very generous with his new. My wife and I told Caleb our price range and he took us to tour a few homes that fell within that range...

Long story short, our home is getting delivered soon and Caleb/the entire Town and Country team went out of their way to make sure we felt taken care of. Caleb stays in constant contact with us, updating us on a regular basis with the delivery status and Brandy was a huge help with the mortgage process.

Our salesman, Brandon, was very respectful and communicated openly and thoroughly throughout the whole process! After several pushy and sly salesman we were elated to work with someone trustworthy and respectful! Brandy was also great at explaining our closing paperwork!

Ben Helped me get a new home pretty much last minute. I was expecting to wait months for a delivery but I’m getting my home at the end of the month. Couldn’t be happier.

Edit: so I was getting my toilets ready for the septic tank to be put in and I found someone didn’t bolt my master bath toilet down and they spit their dip into there. That is absolutely disgusting.

Edit 2: they are coming out to fix the toilet sooner now.

Ben Cheatham was an awesome salesman to work with. He was very through the entire process with knowledge and patience. I will definitely use Town and Country Homes for any future investments and I will also definitely refer anyone that maybe interested in purchasing to go see Ben at Town and Country Homes of Meridian.

After several months of searching for a home, we decided to reach out to Melissa at Town and Country and it was the best decision we could have made. They made everything very easy for us and found us the perfect home to meet our budget in a short time. I wasn’t big on buying a trailer till I went to this place. They had nice, clean, and very spacious waiting area. when we walked in we was approached by Adam Vance. I told him exactly what I wanted to be around a month he showed me a few trailers found one I liked told him my credit was was terrible he said no problem we got you that is exactly what they did. They were very helpful everything I asked about they had an answer for never felt like I was being pressured into buying Adam done his best in getting me all squared away I will recommend them too everyone l.
